The Loaded Tea Shop Anmeldelser

My experience was great bc the teas that I have tried are so good and refreshing that it makes me order more. I wasn't a soda drinker but I wanted to find something with some flavor and I did just that.

Great and fast Customer service. I received the wrong order and emailed them. In less than 5 minutes I already received a response and replacement order free of charge on the way.

Loaded teas have been a game changer! I struggled with the caffeine and coffee crash outs, water retention and digestive issues my whole adult life. Less than a week drinking Loaded Teas and I am no longer experiencing any of those issues! I put in a second order and it’s taking the scenic route getting to me! I am like savoring every drink for fear I will run out before the mailman gets it to me! Looking at making order 3 and 2 isn’t even here!!!!!

I absolutely LOVE The Loaded Tea Shop! The teas are delicious and I dont drink soda or coffee anymore! The customer service is exceptional as well! The company listens to customer feedback and always strives to give the best! 🫶

The customer service is amazing. I had an order that had a few opened packages and they quickly replied to my email and sent out replacements that same day. This company is amazing and their product has variety of flavors, great quality of taste and at a great price. I love that every box comes with a cute sticker and a card with all the flavors on it. This helps me keep track of ones that I love and ones that don’t suit my taste just my opinion. I would highly recommend this product and company to everyone. This loaded tea also gives my energy all day too. Love it!

1st let me say the flavors are amazing and well worth the price. Now on to the customer service: I was missing a couple of packets and the response time was incredible and they sent out my missing products as well as gave me a couple of extras. I'm about to place my 4th order...I hope they never stop production

I absolutely love The Loaded Tea Shop! First I'm addicted to the flavors and natural energy they provide but this week they really went above and beyond. I've been dealing with remodeling my house after a leak destroyed everything and my order was delayed (basically usps lost it or something) I only drink these teas because I want the healthy alternative and I was watching my supply dissappear. I emailed asking what I should do and they resent my order. To make sure I would get it they changed the address to the house I'm having to rent while my house is being repaired and even gave me 2 extra teas to try. You just don't see customer service like that anymore so I ordered even more. I'm proud to spend my money with a company that cares about your physical health as well as your mental health. I mean I need caffeine now more than ever! Totally hooked for life....

Fast resolution and great customer service! Will be a long time customer!

I’ve tried multiple flavors and must say I’ve loved them all! I’m especially fond of Cotton Candy, and Cindy! My order arrives very quickly (usually within a week) and it’s always packaged with care!

The Loaded Tea Shop customer service team is very responsive to inquiries and goes above and beyond to address any order questions.

Loaded teas have a great flavors and a staple in my house. With three kids going in different directions all the time I need to make sure that they are drinking. Loaded Tea has made it possible for all my kids to make sure they’re fully hydrated in the heat. Everyone has their favorite, but everyone drinks all the flavors. We constantly have to keep replacing the jug in the fridge. Ordering a super simple shipping is super fast. Customer service is absolutely awesome. Thanks again loaded tea team.

Whenever there is an order that might not be quite or there is a glitch in the system when ordering, the customer service makes it right. They go above and beyond to correct issues and make the customer happy by sending them free products and or giving a credit on shipped orders. So when things don't go well with your order, you can count on the customer service team to make it right!! Outstanding when response to making the customer happy!!

The customer service folks at this company are outstanding. I've become addicted to Loaded Teas, and I had a hiccup with an order; they were fast and efficient in their response and subsequent action. Really, the issue wasn't something they could have predicted or prevented; it was a shipping mishap with DHL. But they were still immediately willing to help. I love it when something I love is backed by people who exhibit the same level of excellence as their product!

Love their teas. I am not a fan of hot or cold tea and debated getting these for several days. So glad I did. The flavors are terrific. I replaced my morning coffee and removed my afternoon coffee. Customer service is great too! I moved b4 my shipment arrived. My package was sent back instead of being forwarded with the rest of my mail and they replaced it! Love them!! ❤️

This company has the most delicious tea flavors and their customer service is unequaled!! Only place I buy tea now!!

The Loaded Tea Shop has changed my life in such a positive way! I gave up energy drinks and soda for loaded teas and will not drink anything else. My body is thanking me for giving it the proper hydration to function. The flavor is soooo delicious! It's like a treat in water form and I am so happy to drink one every day!

Customer Service is AMAZING! Their team gets back to you fast and more than makes up for any errors caused from shipping.

I LOVE THE LOADED TEA SHOP! I am a customer for life.

They have been great to work with. Corrected my error within 24hrs.

The drinks are great. I tried them on a whime and now they are all I drink. I'm getting my water in. The vitamins are a plus. I switch the caffiene and caffiene free. My favs are the Rocket Pop, strawberry and watermelon flavors, so far.

Give it try.

I received my first order missing a packet. I went to the “Contact Us” section of the site to inform them of the oversight. By the time that mixed up my first drink, (so less than 5 mins) this amazing company had already sent me an email apologizing for the mistake and a replacement shipment that included extra packets! Mind you, I contacted them outside of business hours. While I’m sure that the drinks are good, this level of customer service is unmatched! The Loaded Tea Shop has gained a loyal follower for the level of care that their team has exhibited!

I had an issue with my package as one of the teas wasn't sealed well and got all over everything. I emailed the customer service team and Ashley got back to me right away and made it right! I've tried my first tea and they are DELICIOUS! I am definitely going to be a frequent customer. :)

Love these teas they taste great and are affordable!
