The Loaded Tea Shop Anmeldelser

I kept seeing these ads for The Loaded Teas on FB. I'm always skeptical about stuff on there. I did some research and thought I'd give it a try. It's been great for me and I stopped drinking soda and I don't really crave sweets. These teas are sweet enough to curb that craving, and you can customize them if you like really sweet drinks or not so much (like me). One packet lasts me usually about 64 ounces. I've lost 25 lbs and there's enough variety to keep me satisfied. I also recently had labs done and my triglycerides have been out of bounds, for over a decade, like in the high 200s. My recent lab was 140!!!! I totally attribute this to these teas. Several people at work have switched as well, and now we're all a little supportive community. Thanks Loaded Teas!!!

The company has incredible products and terrific variety! I have been a customer for about 6 months, and couldn’t be more pleased with their quick delivery and amazing customer service. I have a packet of their loaded tea every day. I find the flavor intense at 32 ounces of water, so I use a whole packet per 50 ounces of water then I add ice. It’s great that you can customize it, plus it helps me get in my water every day. You owe it to yourself to try it- promise you’ll be back for more!

First, I love this product! I’m in my 70’s, a retired nurse, and can honestly say it makes a difference in how I feel and my energy level, and now I’m pretty much off a diet soda habit!!
I received a notice my delivery had been made, and it wasn’t in my mailbox or around it. Well I emailed the company about the situation and y’all, within 5 minutes I had a reply, assurance that the order would be re-mailed at no cost to me, and they will follow up closely!! Now THIS is customer service that often isn’t seen in our society today, unfortunately.

The Loaded Tea Shop has a big fan and am proud to say a Mississippi owned business!

I was lucky enough to make the Costco Roadtrip in TX. The Rocketpop is my favorite! I'm waiting on my 2nd mail order, and that says something! Since drinking the teas, I've had the energy that I haven't had in years, many years! The energy I need to move around more, which is exactly what I need to do with with severe back problems & arthritis. The more I move, the better I am, I feel better, so I am better. I've done more in the past month than I have in a very long time, because getting going is the hard part. I'm so grateful to The Loaded Tea Shop! God bless this company!

First off the teas are delicious. I did receive a totally wrong order...ok,it happens. What makes this different is within 3 minutes if emailing them, they contacted me, and sent confirmation of new order. Within 3 minutes! Excellent customer service.

This is an amazing company with an amazing product. I love their loaded teas. They are so beneficial and tasty 😋. They really help with gpl1 issues. Customer service is outstanding 👏 they always go above and beyond.

This company's products are delicious. The customer service has been stellar in making sure that you are 100% satisfied. I know have managed to get co workers hooked on Loaded Teas as well.

Absolutely love these teas! Just placed my 3rd order!!!

Lifetime Customer for sure!

I have been a Loaded Tea Shop customer for a few weeks now. In that time, I have hooked my husband and my best friend on the product as well, and we are trying the caffeine free version for our grandkids because they love the flavor! I've also dropped about 10 pounds because the flavor of the packets has got me drinking much more water! Most importantly, I had to go through customer service because of a package that was delayed. The issue was addressed within literally minutes, and with respect, patience, and kindness. I'm so grateful to find a company with an outstanding product and even better customer service! Thanks, Loaded Tea Shop!

Loved most my flavors but there were a few I wasn't thrilled with. I reached out to see if I could exchange them and they offered to send free replacements. So far very happy with the product and customer service. Will be a long time customer!

I was missing one packet in my order. I emailed them and heard from them instantly!! They are replacing my one and sending me 4 extras!! From the time I emailed to fixing the problem was just minutes. A very fast response and fix!

Every The Loaded Tea Shop flavor I have tried has been wonderful and tasted great. The Loaded Legends are my favorite (especially Rocket Pop!) and keep me energized throughout my day. My entire office is now drinking these! Their customer service is also great, I always get a fast and friendly response to my questions!

The flavors are so good and refreshing. The customer service is amazing. I first tried it at Costco during a Loaded Tea event they put on for sampling. I ordered more online and they are so nice to work with. So kind and helpful. I will be a repeat customer for sure. I am just so pleased at how nice they are. I wish them all the sales. :)

Their loaded teas are delicious. They have so many wonderfully amazing flavors and out of the 7 that we have tried so far we have not found one that we don't love. My husband usually will not order any refresher with hibiscus in it, not even from that popular coffee place with a siren on their logo, but he loves Nat Nat with citric hibiscus and cucumber (which he also has not been a fan of in drinks). Their customer service is prompt when reaching out to give a suggestion about future teas. Items ship out within 1 to 2 days and they have stackable promo codes. There is nothing not to love as I find no flaws and recommend 10/10

The details to Customer Service is phenomenal. The Loaded Tea Shop is one that in all my years working Customer Service I will definitely have to give Major Prompts to.
Any and all concerns are met head on and resolved. More companies could learn from them.

I placed a large order with The Loaded Tea Shop. During packaging somehow part of my order was not shipped. I reached out to the company eegarding the missing items. In less than 30 minutes their customer service had advise that the missing items were shipping out. Amazing customer service.

I couldn't wait for my 1st order to arrive so I could try the exciting flavors of tea ! My order was delivered and upon opening the box there was powder coming from the bag of teas and inside the bag I found that 1 packet was not sealed and caused the mess. I thought to myself not the experience I was expecting lol and now I'm down a packet of tea and haven't even tried it yet! Well I decided to respond to a welcome email from Alicia the founder of the company and let her know of my experience and thought that my email is never going to be read etc.. within the hour I checked my email and to my surprise there was 2 replies to my 1 email and a new order was also placed by them ! I was so shocked at the excellent customer service this company showed me! I was not expecting any response to be honest due to other companies that I have reached out to in the past not ever responding to a compliment let alone an issue. The Loaded Tea Company not only has great products but excellent customer service! Glad to support such a great company and be part of The Loaded Tea Company family! Thank you again and will be placing more orders regularly! I tried the cotton candy first and it is delicious! and I feel great too ! The brain fog actually feels lifted and I feel like I have energy too !
I struggle with moderate Crohns disease and Fibromyalgia and most days it's challenging to feel like I have any energy and always have brain fog and to actually feel like the fog has lifted is such a great feeling!! Thank you again!!

I personally love the loaded tea shop. I love that you get a healthy alternative and that I'm getting my water intake daily with wonderful flavors and the perfect amount of vitamins. I love trying them all. I mark them off and put a little heart by my favorite which I have a lot. I have had nothing but great experiences with customer service, delivery, ect. I love the story behind the product. Keep up the wonderful work. Thank you Kimberly

The customer service may be the best I have experienced. I had a broken packet in my bag and brought it to their attention, basically just so they could figure out if there was an issue with the packaging. But they went above and beyond and within minutes of my email being sent!! I’m really just in awe. Way to go, LTS!
