The Homeware outlet provides great value for money. I have found many quality items for very reasonable prices. Wonderful to see brands from overseas with a reasonable price and postage price.
Having purchases a few times, I have noticed it takes a while to dispatch an order and upon receiving orders, some outer packaging has either been scuffed, damaged or is dirty, which is not ideal when giving items as gifts.

Our aim is always to dispatch orders as quickly as possible, with the majority of order being dispatched and delivered within 2-4 days. Over the festive period, delivery times were slightly slower, due to the volume and time of year, but our teams are working behind the scenes to send deliveries as quickly as possible.

Absolutely fantastic experience. I brought a Johnathan Adler dish for myself and as a gift for my sister (which she loved). Excellent communication throughout. I would 100% use them again in a heartbeat.

Baccarat at it's best
My Baccarat crystal order was delivered earlier today and it's absolutely brilliant. I can't fault the excellence of service I received from customer support throughout the whole process and this has restored my faith in online shopping.

Easy site to use, decent prices
Easy site to use, decent prices. However, site said 2-4 days delivery - once I’d paid, the ETA was 5-7 days. And delivery partner was a disaster. Had to complain to DPD and Homeware outlet to even get the item, a full week later than the 7 days predicted. Would use again, but only if I don’t mind if/when it arrives.

I hadn't used The Homeware Outlet…
I hadn't used The Homeware Outlet before, but they had some pasta plates and a server I was after from a range I am purchasing. They were a good price and free delivery, so I thought I would try them. Delivery was quick, the items were carefully wrapped and intact, and I am one step nearer to having the serving set I want at a decent price. Just wish they had the rest of the set!! Will definitely be keeping an eye on the stock here, thanks to The Homeware Outlet for a positive experience.

Bad service
Bad service - I ordered a toaster which they sent me in the colour. I contacted them to let them know, they said they were happy for me to return it and would refund the coast of the toaster but would not cover the cost of me returning them item, also said I need to send it back tracked which cost even more. With the weight of the toaster and packaging I am very much out of pocket.
