We were founded in Leeds in 1987 and have been at the heart of the UK's contemporary fashion scene ever since. If I could put 0 stars on I would
If I could put 0 stars on I would. I bought a Samsoe coat and whilst in its 2 year guarantee period returned it to the Leeds store because a snap fastener had failed. Initially, they were really helpful and said they would refund me but I then got a computer says no response because their system wouldn't allow them to process the refund. And they have apparently stopped dealing with Samsoe.
I spent over an hour at the store and spent £165 on the coat.
I'll never shop there again!

My online order arrived with the totally wrong thing inside
My online order arrived with the totally wrong thing in after forty five minutes on phone I still was no further now returned wrong item and still waiting for my refund feel seeing as it wasn’t my fault I should be Able to get a replacement stright away not wait for refund and start again very disappointed
