I can't say enough good things about this company! From the initial contact, their service was above and beyond, helping me to choose the correct trimming, alerting me to a tiny flaw in he material (in case I wanted it changed) to the perfect delivery! Everybody I spoke to was so helpful, and the delivery men were polite, really efficient and quick, and made no mess at all. I wish all comapnies were as good as this one - and had real people who knew their craft and actually answered the phone!!

I have ordered a few headboards from this company and have never been disappointed. If you want something that is of high quality and looks extra special this is the place to buy it from. Good customer service and always helpful delivery drivers that arrive on time. I highly recommend.

We had several headboards made (ranging from super king size to singles), some cushions and a huge ottoman from the sister company. Absolutely delighted with everything. Fitting the wall mounted headboards was really straightforward with easy to follow instructions.

Communication with the company was exceptional. The ordering process was extremely efficient and thorough.

Really good quality headboard which looks fabulous. Made/delivered to timescales and was very well packaged/protected whilst in transit. It is a nice touch that the delivery men fitted it to our divan base. All in all I would fully recommend this company.

The Headboard Workshop make a beautiful headboard and valance, their service was impeccable.

The bed was delivered in December. Whilst delivering the delivery man had to use a drill to create holes that should have been there already to get the 2/8 casters in. Once the casters were in the two pieces of the bed are held together but two clips, these clips were not properly aligned so the delivery driver had to remove one of these in order to aligned them both perfectly and then connected the two pieces of the bed. It took a further 2 and a half months for the company to send someone out to ensure the job done by the delivery driver was all good. Now 3 months into the beds life it creaks when you get on and off the bed. This is not the level of quality I expect from what is marketed as a premium product. Looking at all the reviews I see on here it could be a one off, but I have had a bad experience and have been offered no form of compensation for the ignored emails and phone calls that I have made to the company.

All round excellent service from the Head Board company. From the initial contact and tremendous help with regard to matching a fabric by colour to our wallpaper to the efficient way our order was handled leading to earlier delivery of the headboard to that quoted and finally we were extremely pleased with the finished product which is excellent and beautifully made and would also add that the wall bracket and simple instructions were also much appreciated.All round we have no hesitation in recommending this company.

Incredible quality, exactly what I was looking for and I couldn't find anything that compared in price for bespoke beds and headboards. Made quicker than anticipated and the communication was super. Will be buying more beds when I have the room!

The service is amazing, if you have any questions, they ring or email back very quickly, taking you through your order, if there is anything you don’t quite understand I will definitely order again, the workman ship is perfect and every care to produce a beautiful headboard.

The Headboard Workshop can teach a thing or two about customer service. From the initial enquiry via their easy to navigate website, to delivery, the experience was easy and seamless. This is now the third time I have used the company and will very likely be using them in the spring for two more headboards. Their willingness to help in all ways was terrific, particularly when they knew that I was moving into my renovated property a few days prior to Christmas; the stops were pulled out to have my new bed delivered in time, and it was. I cannot recommend them highly enough. A joy to deal with.

Even if you order online , they send you a swatch before confirming the order to check that you're happy with it. The delivery was a bit problematic as my jury service unexpectedly caused an issue on the day but a revised delivery date and time was agreed with ease.
The headboard is just perfect and beautifully made - we love it.

Really excellent customer service from my initial enquiry to delivery. The company sourced the fabric I wanted and suggested and sent fabric samples for contrast piping.Communication on manufacture and delivery was excellent and the finished headboard arrived on the expected date. The quality of the finish is superb - the fabric had to be joined but it’s so expertly done it can hardly be seen. Very happy with everything

The website was very informative and made choosing the right headboard, bed, and ottoman extremely easy. Communication, both by e-mail and telephone, with the company was excellent. The bed arrived when it was due and the assembly team did a very good job installing the bed in situ.
