Cord was not bundled up, tied up and just watered up and thrown in a mailer use cord a used cord. It was all watered up in a ball and sit in a mailer pretty obvious it was used paid $60 for a used cord. Unacceptable. Called and talked to Heather Heather acts like they did not do that. she said they did not do that but they did do that and I argued with her about that ask for partial refund they said no so please be aware they will sell you something used and charge you a new price for it.

I ordered through Brandalley a sofa from The Great Sofa Company which is a daughter company of the Great Furniture Group and would like to say that I am very happy with the product. I took one star away since the delivery was 3 weeks later than promised and I had to go through Brandalley to get any information about delivery. This lack of contact from the manufacturer is bad. The delivery company (separate) was excellent in constant updates.
The sofa was exactly as ordered and is comfortable. It was advertised on Brandalley as half the normal price. I have no way to verify this but feel that I have a good deal.

Bought a sofa and two weeks later the arm broke. Sofa is very low and uncomfortable. Tried contacting them and no reply. I would think twice about buying from them or Brandalley.

Not even a response or acknowledgment as your company is a fraudulent one which is obvious from your unclaimed Trust Pilot Page and not welcoming reviews. You know you are a dud company and frightened of being reviewed for you poor manufacturing. I will give poor reviews to you and any company associated with you. I will not stop until I get a response.
