Let me just start by saying, I love festivals. So I decided to try the “good mood” for my depleted serotonin and dopamine levels. Usually, 3 days after the party stops I start to feel depressed, high anxiety levels and a bunch of other symptoms. I’ve been taking HTP to top the effect but it hasn’t been effective at all. I tried the Good Mood Co recovery pack and I can honestly say I feel totally better after a night out. I found out later that HTP is only reactive with another natural ingredients and not when taken by itslef. Amazing product. Within an hour of taking the good night pills I started to feel tired and sleepy and had an amazing restful sleep. The brain bottoms up was great just before work, it kept my mind sharp and didn't suffer as bad from my usual dip in energy during the day.
