Amazing quality
Excellent service, excellent mattress! Had an issue which was the fault of delivery but they sorted immediately. We got the 10" static mattress and we both have slept like babies since we got it! Wouldn't hesitate to recommend - in fact I already have!

The Mattress was the wrong size.I had…
The Mattress was the wrong size.I had provided this Company the correct measurements, but the width was 183cm and I wanted 65cm.This meant I have spent £323.00 on this.Not happy at all I now lumbered with excess foam which is non refundable.Will not be using this Firm ever again.

From the information provided to our team, the mattress was requested at 155cm x 208cm, which is the size that was manufactured and supplied.
We’ve reviewed our email correspondence and were unable to find any mention of a 65cm width requirement. We only have a confirmation from yourself of the mattress being 155cm x 208cm. If this had been specified, we would have been able to produce the mattress accordingly.
We always aim to manufacture each order as accurately as possible based on the details provided, and we’re sorry for any misunderstanding in this instance.

Extremely fast delivery
Extremely fast delivery - in 2 days rather than the 7-10 indicated - and very well packaged. Off gassing was not too offensive and cleared in approximately 4-5 days. Bought 2 Westwood Core Supportive Firm 10cm Deep Foam Mattresses, and they are good quality with well made, non slip, fully zipped mattress covers. The mattresses are firm but not hard. Be aware that if you are adult sized you'll be able to feel the slats/bed base when sitting up in bed, or on it, but not when lying down when your weight is more evenly distributed, unless you're on the heavier side. If you're at all concerned by this then opt for one of the deeper mattresses. Like all regular foam mattresses they're hot to sleep on directly, but for our purposes (we're topping them with wool/buckwheat toppers) the mattresses are a great base, meet our needs and are very good value. Great company to deal with. Extremely helpful and knowledgeable staff when we telephoned. Would definitely buy from them again.

I honestly didn’t realise how bad my old mattress was until I slept on this one.
From the very first night, it felt like my whole body just switched off the second I lay down. It’s that perfect balance—not too soft where you sink in and get stuck, but not too firm either. It just supports you exactly where you need it. No tossing, no turning… just proper, deep sleep.
I’ve been waking up without that stiff back or sore shoulders, which is a massive difference. Even getting out of bed feels easier (which says a lot 😄). It also stays cool through the night, so no overheating or kicking the covers off at 3am.
Another thing I didn’t expect—zero movement. If someone else gets into bed or moves around, you barely feel it. Proper game changer.
Genuinely, this mattress has improved my sleep more than anything else I’ve tried. If you’re even thinking about upgrading—just do it. You’ll wonder why you didn’t sooner.
