My experience with The Edit LDN has been absolutely unacceptable.

On 7 June 2022, I entrusted The Edit LDN with a pair of Jordan 1 Retro High Dior trainers (CN8607-002), in deadstock condition, under a consignment agreement specifying a payout of £9,000.

The agreement records that the trainers were in The Edit LDN’s possession. Yet, despite repeated attempts to resolve this matter over an extended period, I have received neither my trainers nor my money.

I have contacted The Edit LDN and BrandAlley numerous times, only to be passed between parties, given no satisfactory resolution and left trying to establish what has happened to my property. BrandAlley has informed me that my trainers were never transferred to them. So the obvious question remains: where are my trainers, and who is taking responsibility for them?

I have retained my consignment agreement and correspondence. I have given the relevant parties ample opportunity to resolve this matter professionally and amicably. Instead, I continue to be left without my property, without payment and without a satisfactory explanation.

This level of accountability and customer service is completely unacceptable. A customer should not have to spend months chasing a business to recover valuable property entrusted to it, particularly when there is written documentation confirming the consignment and the agreed payout.

The fact that the business has undergone ownership changes does not make this issue disappear. I expect a clear explanation of what happened to my trainers and a resolution from whichever party is legally responsible.

I am now pursuing this matter formally and considering the legal options available to me to recover my property or the £9,000 contractual amount.

I am publishing this review because other potential customers deserve to know about my experience before entrusting valuable items to this business.

I want my trainers returned or my £9,000 claim resolved. No more being passed from one party to another. No more unanswered questions. I expect accountability and a substantive response.

This matter remains unresolved, and I will continue pursuing it until I receive a proper outcome.

I ordered with this company. It took over a month and a half to receive the product overall the product quality is nice but customer service and communication is terrible.

Top scammers! Refused to pay sellers and stole products! Victoria and Austin were absolute nightmares and promised that I would get paid for MY products that I sent! Thousands of pounds gone and so were my products! How they’re still in Harrods is beyond me….. LIARS, SCAMMERS, THIEFS do not buy or sell from this diabolical establishment!

I come back here every few months to ensure that other people are fully aware of these thieves and scammers. They stole thousands of pounds from their own sellers/customers and it seems that nothing has changed since 2024.

Their founder ‘Moses Rashid’ done a runner with everybody’s money and has landed himself a top role as Marketing Director at Topshop. Not bad eh? He’s probably long forgotten about all the money he stole from us as he sips his champagne but I can ensure him, that his karma will arrive shortly. Oh and we haven’t forgotten you either Victoria 😘

Placed order 15.04.26 and not received goods or any communication to date ….. 6 weeks later !!!
I would like to request a full refund and express that I am extremely disappointed . As the goods have not arrived think you must be scammers ? SP LNH what would you think if you were waiting for 6 weeks so far having paid £54.95. ?

I have supplied around 10 watches from Swatch worth £3000 between Nov-Dec’23.They left me unpaid I have all the data screenshots, purchase proof, replies on mail.
Even tried to contact Moses, he blocked me on Instagram.
I have chats from the employees of edit ldn, Austin and Victoria as well.

SCAMMERS! I ordered a dress which cost £127 with them never recieved it, when I queried with regards to the missing parcel and my refund, they replied a really cryptic strange message saying that they don't offer refunds and that the parcel will be destroyed. If I don't accept it on my end, I would definitely not recommend to shop with this company, I'm having to file a chargeback with my bank due to the inconvenience, scammers.

Would give 0 stars if I could ordered trainers took money then never herd from them since tried to contact them twice with no reply would avoid don’t use it’s a scam

Well well well….. the most outrageous company to ever sell/buy with. The biggest scammers and frauds of all time! DO NOT buy from them source your own from other platforms! You will be scammed or told to wait for your “product” avoid them at all costs i don’t know how they still have a business!

Oh dear! Karma can be beautiful sometimes, just look at the state of these reviews. The Edit really thought they could fulfill these orders without the actual sellers that they scammed. The reason why people are not receiving their orders on time is because The Edit do not own any trainers to sell. When you order an item with The Edit, they then attempt to purchase the pair themselves (from eBay etc) with the intention of forwarding them onto the buyer. The problem they’re experiencing is that this process takes a long time. It’s not feasible without reliable consigners (unfortunately TheEditLondon ripped off their own batch of sellers), hence the terrible reviews across the board. Stay well away people, you do not need these scammers. Simply go and buy the item cheaper yourself from eBay/Laced/StockX etc.

STAY AWAY FROM THESE SCAMMERS. THEY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY AND THEN REBRAND AS A NEW COMPANY.

YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED….

Sold multiple items to these guys via their consignment hub during December of 2023. They have to authenticate the item, send it out and once the customer return period has ended they take their fees and pay you out. After multiple delays, they didn't end up paying me at all after owing me almost £800

chasing this up now as they seem to have revamped their website and are replying to reviews on here

Update to my previous review....
Still nothing. Now their AI can't even find my order, but someone will be in touch, days later and still nothing, no order, no contact, no nothing. Original order placed on 17/12/24 and paid for!
They respond to reviews on here asking for more details, you give it and if you're lucky they will respond and fill you with a line that the order is being processed and they will keep you up to date with any changes, but it is all lies.

Disgusting service, never shop with these liars / scammers. They will not even respond to you for months.

Waited way too long , had to give a Christmas present after Christmas .

The fact you can’t exchange an item if it’s wrong is not good

Scammers, take money send no shoes. Reach out and they take days to respond then say they've sourced will send be there in 7 days. When the timeframe had passed I reached out again to be told still trying to source again days go by no response. Disgusting company i ordered as xmas present to be let down and now wait to see if I get refunded or not

You as a company need shutting down. I ordered trainers beginning of December paid 300 pound for them and can’t track them! You are ripping people off… and I will be contacting my local ombudsman to help me fight my case to get my money back… as it’s classed as long distance selling! I hope people will read this and never use your company!
