I bought a Mega 1711 here because it was cheaper than anywhere else. It arrived faster than expected and I had good communication from the company.

Great service in my experience.
Test4Less have quite ranging reviews but in my experience the service received was really very good. Delivery of the goods ordered was ahead of expected delivery date and the goods were well protected by the packaging.
Based on the service I received I have no qualms about recommending them.

Unreliable delivery and completely unwilling to fix
The second time I have used them the first went without problems but the second has been a disaster .. ordered on monday with 1-3 days delivery at extra cost. They decided to use UPS who have probably the worst rating of any delivery company. They sent a text on tuesday saying delivery 10:15-14:15 wednesday so I waited in ... nothing ... then the tracking said by end of day ... nothing ... then the tracking reverted to on its way. I called after sales thursday am and was spoken to by a young lady who frankly made it plain I was a nuisance being persistent in asking for a delivery slot. They didnt seem to understand people lose money when they wait in for a failed delivery. She promised to speak to UPS and call back ... nothing .. so I called again to be told UPS had promised to deliver it that day by the end of the day 1900 ... nothing. I called again this friday morning to be told yet again there was nothing they could do blah blah ... no willingness to fix the problem whatsoever ... effectively tough ... now they are promising delivery for today again ! between 10:15-14:15 but the UPS tracking says its not out for delivery and there is an error with the shipping ... pathetic mess and a company unwilling to recognise they are shipping to working people. 3 days loss of income for a £213 item ... if its not delivered today I lose even more.
So if you need reliable delivery I suggest you go elsewhere and pay the little extra and not Test4Less even if they are cheaper in the long run this has cost me a fortune.
The customer service is shoddy.

Hello, thank you for your feedback and I'm very sorry to hear you were not happy with the service. We take all complaints very seriously and this has been looked into for you.
You placed the order with us the morning of 25/10/21 and selected the express 1- 3 working day shipping option. Josh contacted you the same day to advise the lead time would be longer as calibration had been selected. You contacted us on 26/10/21 to advise us to remove the calibration and send the unit out. The order was sent the same day.
Whilst the majority of orders are delivered next day, unfortunately on this occasion, UPS did take the full 3 days to deliver. The order was sent out on an overnight service, however, UPS are advising next day cannot be guaranteed at the moment. This is why we changed out express shipping option from next day to 1 - 3 working days.
Our after sales team contacted UPS a number of times to try and sort the issue for you. This information was then relayed to to you, we can only go off what UPS advise us regarding the delivery. Only UPS can provide a delivery time slot.
I appreciate it is very frustrating having to wait in for a delivery, especially when UPS had sent through notifications advising of a delivery.
Again, please accept our apologies that you were not happy with the service and that the delivery of your order on this occasion was not satisfactory.

Helpful & Can do attitude
Placed an order for multiple products & express shipping, was contacted the same day via phone to say not all products were in stock but the helpful team were able to resolve the issue and once the products were pack in stock were shipped immediately via express shipping. I Will be using this company again.

Honestly I don’t understand how this…
Honestly I don’t understand how this company has 4.5 stars on trust pilot on Google they have 2 starts.
Anyhow Horrible company to deal with stay away. I brought a gas analyser from them last year they took my order on there website as item in stock when item wasn’t in stock oh yeah I had to call a week later to be told that they have to order the item from manufacture had to wait nearly 4-6 weeks anyhow after complaining I was promised a discount on my annual calibration 12 months later I contacted them for my calibration I was told a collection was booked for yesterday no one turned up for collection I called early this morning to find out what is happening only to be told no collection was ever book real incompetence and attitude given instead.
I am a engineer who needs my analyser and this company has been a total inconvenience from the beginning.

After reading response from test4less I would like to state that actually nothing was offered to make things right I did speak to Craig who offered to make sure things will go smoothly next year and when I asked what about this years calibration as the unit still hadn’t been calibrated Craig was simply not interested just goes to show how insincere this company really is.

I appreciate there was quite a wait for your analyser when you purchased it last year. Unfortunately at the time, there was a delay regarding the supply of the unit you ordered. We do not have a live stock check on our website. Your patience was very much appreciated whilst stock took its time to arrive to us. Once we received stock, we sent it to you as soon as possible.
Regarding the calibration this year, I’m sorry the process has not gone as smoothly as hoped. I raised your points internally. I understand you have spoken with my colleague Craig since leaving your review and appreciate you do not wish to proceed.
We feel our Trustpilot score reflects the very high level of service we offer. Admittedly things do not always go to plan, however, on these rare occasions we always try our best to put things right. Many thanks, Test4less.
