We’ve returned to Templeton Robinson several times now to sell properties and have highly recommended them to friends and family.

Have consistently found the team friendly and professional - dedicated to getting a successful outcome.

Repeated requests to be removed from their mailing list as their UNSUBSCRIBE option is a fake page link, have gone unactioned. Ridiculous attitude and they persist on keeping your email address on their files to spam you with emails.

Would give 0/5 stars if possible.
Booked the morning off work and travelled down from Newry as we had confirmation to view 2 properties. When we arrived, we were not on the list to view property #1 and no agent showed up to show property #2. Although the agent at property #1 rang the office for support, no help was provided meaning we drove to Belfast for no reason.
Poor management and clear lack of communication or respect for peoples time. Avoid!

I contacted the office to arrange a viewing of a property they had listed for sale, initial call went well and was told viewing would be no issue, house was available, no offers on it and viewings could be any week day morning or after 5pm.
No follow up call, so I called back the following day and was given the run around and told the lead agent on the property would contact me on Monday (today).
Again, no call at all.
These people do not value genuine customers, and I would completely avoid.

Dodgy dealers !!! Avoid at all cost. Tried selling a few months back and a lot of things didn’t add up ! Wasn’t going to put a review as I felt bad but it’s important so I have. Apparently a lot of viewers couldn’t view ! Ridiculous and a lot of time and money wasted :(

This is a horrible agency!
We rent a house with them and we haven't had heating for longer than a month, our boiler is not working. We called them everyday and sent emails, the agent said every day that someone was going to fix it and nothing was fixed, the person just saw the boiler and nothing is fixed. I have a 17 month old baby who wakes up at night crying because of the cold. I don't know what to do anymore.

Sale agreed on a property with Mr Michael Young, was was told many times ''deal done'', then 3 days after Christmas he decided to dump us and sale agree with somebody else for the sake of £2500, wasting our time and money.

Not even an apology.

From the beginning of the house sale I found all the staff at Templeton Robinson (Ballyhackamore) to be excellent to deal with. Chris and Brent were professional, knowledgeable and helpful.
The sale was done efficiently and we were kept updated during all stages of the process.
I cannot recommend them highly enough and would have no hesitation using them again.

It feels good to report how positive my experience has been with Templeton Robinson. I’d rented with them for the first year I lived in Belfast, and at that point, I’d promised myself that I’d only rent or buy with them as they were noticeably the best agency I’d come across in San Francisco, Los Angeles, Paris, and London combined. The agents who work here are consistently the most trustworthy and professional, not to mention sincerely patient and kind. Foolishly, I broke my promise and (without naming any rival agencies) was disappointed; they are not all created equal. Today, this disappointment has only further emphasised just to what extent the staff of this company is superior. I’ve recently been dealing with Sophie, and was compelled to write a review purely based on the fact that she is the best agent I’ve ever met. She’s so dedicated and genuine that she stands out, even in a vocation where an efficient and personable disposition is essential.

We have recently sold our house in Bangor .The sale was very easy from start to finish thanks to Judith. She is very friendly and professional and gets the job done .We would not hesitate to recommend Templeton Robinson.

We contacted this agent 4 times to get details of a site in helens bay. Promises that David then Michael would ring us back and after a week we gave up. I feel sorry for the vender ( mr Steele) as we intended to to make an improved offer.
Deplorable lack of service.

We sold our house using Ms Emma Coote from the Ballyhackamore branch of Templeton in January 2021. Our house sale was particularly challenging because of the actions of a buyer. While all of the dealings we had with the employees of Templeton Robinson were entirely positive, Ms Coote was exceptional. She was professional, hardworking, resilient and discreet. We would have no hesitation in working with her again and would highly recommend her to anyone thinking of using an estate agent in the area.
