Internet is niet stabiel het funktioneert voor 5%. Geen helpdesk (help youself) pakken de telefoon niet op en reageren niet op e-mails kortom zeer onbetrouwbaar bedrijf, ik kan Starlink ten zeerste aanraden! Neem géén Telitec!!!!

Waardeloze internet provider

Very bad company!! No internet again and ofcourse impossible to reach anyone from Telitec/Avatel. If possible run from this company!!

Horrible speed when working, but dropping every night. Mostly doesnt work. When you call them the line drops after waiting for 5-10 minutes. Absolutely horrible, avoid like the plague.

Update; last contact was actually really good. Caleb helped me a lot, even in his own time. Hopefully the speed and connection issues will be resolved soon too.

Update number 2; caleb did his best and it seemed to have been fixed. Now its weekend and no internet again, customer support is closed so cant do anything. This company is horrible.
Guess i am offline for a whole weekend again. Unacceptable. This has cost me extra mobile internet and a lot of money.

Absolutely appalling Customer Service. Don't use this company or their parent company Avatel. I guarantee that you will regret it sooner or later if you do.

je suis sur Camposol à Murcia, c'est la pire connexion que j'ai eu dans ma vie, le service peu réactif je ne recommande pas du tout ce fournisseur, peu disponible pour la clientèle, service peu accessible pour les personnes francophone, mon avis est réel ce n'est pas une fausse évaluation et c'est mon expérience personnelle de plus, plus chère que d'autres opérateurs, je viens de changer et nettement moins de problème de connexion.

Leider eine absolute Katastrophe,
wir können jedem- insbesondere Unternehmen - nur von Telitec in Sachen WiFi abraten. Seit der Übernahme funktioniert nichts mehr. Freundlicher Support aber nichts, gar nichts, passiert. Keiner weiss was der andere tut, obwohl Techniker vor Ort seit drei Monaten sagen was zu tun ist, geschieht es nicht. Notgedrungen wird Starlink jetzt doch eine Option.

ithout going into the boring details, I have experience the same problems with Telitec that others have detailed. I used to be a big fan. Not anymore. Go to another company - it can't be worse than Telitec.

Don't go near Telitec avoid like the plague.
Telitec used to be the best of the best, the cream of the crop, but after being taken over by AVATEL. Telitec has become the worst of the worst, the dregs in the bottom. After near twenty years of being a customer we have departed to another provider that answers the phone when we call, that follows up customer concerns and has proved to be substantially less expensive. When we gave Telitec notice of our termination of contact, after twenty years of being a customer. The tragic thing is that nobody asked why. Don't go near Telitec avoid like the plague.

We are simply trying to cancel the service as we have moved away from area.

For some reason, cancellation is complicated and involves digital signatures coupled with a FRONT ID or a BACK ID or a BANK RECEIPT, we appear to not have ANY of these three things.

We have been ringing Telitec for the last 3 weeks and have got NOWHERE as nobody picks up.

Looks like I better drive for 2 hours and yell at someone in their Moraira office.

What says you Telitec?, for a communication company, you sure are poor at communicating.

They do no answer the phone, nor emails, nor cel, nor messages on social media when the Internet doesn't work
Unprofesional and despicable Customer Service

Ten eerste de telefoon opnemen of bandje dat het druk is of gesloten maar niets laten weten slaat nergens op. Wordt ook niet terug gebeld. Ten tweede zou het prettig zijn als er iemand opneemt met verstand van zaken. Ik ben afhankelijk voor mijn werk van internet en dan de telefoon niet beantwoorden, adsurd. Ooit was het een fijn bedrijf, zal het nu niet meer aanraden.

Mas de 3 semanas que no tenemos sevicio desde 18. 30 horas hasta 09.00 horas el siguiente dia. El problema es el servidor principal.

What has happened to Telitec, who were previously service minded. For the fourth time since last spring, we have no internet. This time it has been gone for almost a week!!! Telitec does not answer when you call them. When you email them, they say that a technician should contact us, but NO, nothing happens. Never choose this company. / Maritha in Monte Pego

A truly shocking company that I would highly recommend people to avoid like you would the plague. Since November 2023 they have been unreliable and I have complained bitterly about it. I am in the process of getting another provider. Since the take over they have been terrible, especially in the Pego area. They are a disgrace.

TELITEC, heute Avatel :-( hat noch nicht mal 1 Stern verdient. Seit 3 Tagen ohne Internet und keiner interessiert sich dafür. Nie wieder diese Firma!

We've been out of internet for more than 24 hours, they have changed something in the system and admitted it's a problem on their end. The problem should be solved in 5 BUSINESS DAYS!! We are paying a lot of money now working on our mobile data. Very bad customer service, can't recomment them and currently looking for a different internet provider.

Very poor technical service when something goes wrong and it is not brilliant when it is working.
They were never brilliant but since the takeover it has got even worse. Only communicate when they want money! I advise you to look elsewhere

Again no internet! If it is not too late do not sign any contract with them!
