The business operates on an identity-based coaching model. Rather than using recovery or sobriety frameworks, or applying clinical labels to clients, the programme is structured around helping clients change how they see themselves and their drinking. The stated goal is to help clients end the ongoing internal conflict around alcohol and regain control of their decisions, framed by the business as freedom rather than abstinence. The programme runs over a twelve-month term. It consists of group coaching sessions delivered over Zoom, one-to-one coaching sessions, access to a private community hosted on WhatsApp, and a dedicated mobile application that tracks client progress. Coaching is delivered by a team of coaches, several of whom are former clients of the programme. The business offers two service tiers. The first, Essential, is the standard programme. The second, Incognito, is a higher-priced tier designed for clients who require a greater degree of privacy and discretion. The intended client is a high-functioning professional who wishes to change their drinking without adopting a recovery-based identity.

An amazing experience
I can’t recommend the Teetotal trail enough! This group is perfect for anyone looking to ditch their current unhealthy lifestyle for a life of peace and serenity.
The group has many amazing coaches including one female coach who will help you work through the different stages of your sobriety journey!
This is the perfect place to be if you’re looking to feel inspired and empowered to kick that old lifestyle for good!

This programme has changed my life! Such a high standard of knowledge when it comes to sobriety. Total professionals! But most of all their more than coaches, they are now friends, I could drop a message for anything and they would be there to help. Such great Humans!

I can highly recommend Will and his…
I can highly recommend Will and his team of top tier coaches.
For the past 15 years I have been coaching peak performance, risk assessment and risk vs reward. The team from Teetotaltrail are on point. Attention to detail and a high level of professionalism is what stood out for me.
Whilst I have been in the program it only inspires me to see how the concept can overlap into all fields of our lives. From relationships to personal growth and professional goals.
Getting in touch with Will and his team has been a game changer for me and I’m excited to see how much further I will go.

The trail really has been life changing…
The trail really has been life changing for me. And I've seen how it has changed the lives of others first hand.
Will and the other coaches are some of the most inspiring and supportive individuals I have ever met. From day 1 I felt so welcome and knew I was a part of something special.
The regular group calls and forums are a way to immediately connect with others that all have a common goal - to remove harmful substances from their life and live the most amazing life possible
If you are considering joining, stop wasting time and get on the trail, you will not regret it

The day I chose to join changed my life for the better!
Without the Teetotaltrail, I honestly wouldn’t be where I am right now. It has helped me to step out of drinking and substances and given me a completely new perspective on living a purposeful and healthier life.
What makes the program so special is the combination of different elements: the 1:1 coaching sessions are incredibly powerful, the daily group calls give structure and accountability, and the meditation and breathwork sessions really support the journey on a deeper level. On top of that, the community is something I have never experienced anywhere else – it’s a safe space where you can open up honestly, connect with people who understand your struggles, and feel supported in ways you often can’t in daily life.
What was really special for me as well was the retreat they run in 2025. Meeting people from the community and all the coaches in person has deepenend my journey.
The Teetotaltrail is really for anyone who wants to break free from drinking and substances and who want to create a healthier, more meaningful life. I can wholeheartedly recommend it.

Reframed my relationship with alcohol
I had never ask for any sort of help about anything before reaching out to Will at The Teetotal Trail. I was frustrated with my inability to see how I could enjoy myself and have a good time without alcohol being present.
The compassion shown and the guidance through every part of my journey has left me in a situation where I have completely reframed my relationship with alcohol and know that it does not add anything to my life. The ability to connect with others in the same situation 24/7 was key for me.w
