Easy and Effective
It's easy to pick mail routes near my business. I create my own postcards, upload is easy. And I get more response from postcards than any digital ads.

I went online and enrolled in an email…
I enrolled in an online email marketing plan and selected approximately 13,000 homes from a map, which were presented as opted-in recipients. However, the first campaign generated fewer than 100 clicks. For an investment of $225, I feel the marketing opportunity was misrepresented. I was never provided with realistic expectations regarding potential results.
While I appreciate that my payment for the second and third runs was refunded, I believe the program was misleading from the start.
IN REPLY - SEE BELOW- your campaign lied - my website has analytics that tracks every click - so your company misrepresented the results as well as gave me NO forecast as to what I could expect. I had under 100 clicks to open about of over 13,000 emails- the numbers speak for themselves. Thank you for refunding my 2nd and 3rd scheduled send- i was actually on the phone to my credit card to contest the entire charge -

While we cannot guarantee a specific number of clicks or conversions, targeted email marketing is designed to generate awareness, engagement, and interest within a selected audience. Results can vary based on factors such as offer strength, brand familiarity, timing, and market demand.
Email is often most powerful when paired with other channels like direct mail, Google Display Ads, or social advertising to increase frequency and reinforce the message. Many of our most successful customers use a multi-touch strategy to strengthen results over time.

Easy to get info--WAY better than the competition
Easy to get info--unlike all the other companies I looked up for direct mail, I did not have to wait for a phone call for info--it was all listed on the site.

Customer Service Second to None
Pretty easy process to create EDDM postcards. I really liked the location map tool so that I could pinpoint the location for my postcard deliveries with ease.
In addition, the Taradel team was very helpful in insuring my design fit perfectly to to the postcard while presenting a high-quality appearance. Their responsiveness and customer service was top-notch!
I really wish they had a few pressure washing templates to work with, but their design team made up for that shortcoming by assisting me in creating one that fit my needs and desires.
Overall, I was pleased and will continue to use, and refer, Taradel to others for EDDM postcard services
