I needed to order a replacement valve for a tri-tap with little information. The Tap Spares website made it easy to identify the part and it arrived quickly. Sadly there seemed to be a problem with the thread but Tap Spares sent me a replacement very quickly and without quibble. Very good company to deal with and with excellent customer service

Our taps were leaking so I went on Tap Spares website to find the relevant parts, having thought I had I decided just incase to send a photo of the taps to their help desk. A Lady called Elaine informed me that the taps I thought were right were indeed wrong.
Elaine sent me a link for the correct ones which I ordered. An email informed me that they were being despatched on the same day and they will be delivered today. Big thank you to Elaine who saved me from ordering the wrong parts. Highly recommended 👌

A great website and so easy to use . Tap Spares easily identified my tap and the new cartridges arrived within days. We are not particularly handy but with the instructions , also included , we were able to replace our tap cartridges and stop the awful hammering noise. Highly recommend.

Contacted TapSpares after my daughter’s new house kitchen tap started to drip from the neck. The correct parts posed out the next day arrived the day after. Fitted the correct parts under 10 minutes. Thanks for all the help with the correct parts and quick service will definitely use again.

I had an issue with a tap washer and after sending a couple of photos the company quickly identified my model. They kindly sent two versions of the spares needed; one is now successfully fitted and the other was quickly refunded when I returned the spare. Recommended.

I needed to replace a mixer tap cartridge, so contacted the manufacturer who told me that the tap was out of production and that I would be unlikely to find replacement cartridge.

I found TapSparesUK on line, who informed me that they did not have a exact replacement, but (after extensive research) they suggested an alternative, saying if this did not work that I should return it and they would fully refund me.

I found Taps Spares Uk on an online search to find parts to a Howdens kitchen tap that was not only dripping but leaking water at the base end of its spout. Todd of Taps Spares uk, who I explained my problem to and sent photos identified the tap and was very supportive with the ordering and guidance to curing the tap from its condition. Receiving the delivery of the new parts for the tap a day or two later it wasn’t long, by following the Taps Spares video link before the kitchen tap was restored in good working order. I was very happy with the outcome, saving the cost for this simple job if I was to employ a plumber.
I would most certainly use the service of this fine company again.
