Messy cutouts around intricate product details. Had to clean up most of it myself.

fine for basic use, yet the tool felt sluggish and the help replies were canned [be1]

usable overall, nothing special though; processing dragged and support chat was slow (AT-3) [at2]

Generating a clean product photo took ages today, it works okay but waiting three minutes each time gets old.

Loading spinner hung forever on a simple png, had to refresh and start again.

Timo.

got what i needed eventually, but the enhancer left edges a little mushy for me (BE-3) [be1]

The enhancer kept freezing up today and support just sent me an automated script.

Editor froze on export and chat support just gave a canned reply about clearing cookies.

SCAM site. Be careful, they operate in many different forms and use Google Ads to show up as first result when searching for free/cheap AI conversion tools. They charge 10 cents for a small generative AI prompt, which seems fair, but thn the next day they will charge you $50 for a subscription you never asked for.

Scam, do not go near it.

Criminals, criminals, criminals!

The fact that even PayPal initially told me that I could not get my money back was absolutely ridiculous. I refused to accept that response.

I filed a formal complaint, took screenshots of most of the comments and evidence, and directly accused PayPal of allowing criminals to operate through its platform, raising serious questions about its handling of such cases.

Interestingly, within just 20 minutes of filing my complaint, I received my money back!

This raises an important question: if my money could be refunded within 20 minutes after I raised my complaint, why was I initially told that I couldn't get it back?

Customers deserve protection, transparency and accountability. Platforms like PayPal must take responsibility for protecting their users rather than making victims fight to recover their own money.

Tried sharpening a few catalog shots, enhance works okay but takes way too long on each upload.

it's SCAM & FRAUD in day light!!!. It started with generating an image with a cost of €0.10. The following day, they charged me €49.90. I cancelled the subscription and from what i read, first-time purchases are eligible for a 7-day no-questions-asked refund. However, they only give 50% refund due to administration cost. Never ever trust this company and i hope Karma will hit them 100 x times worse. yes a little over dramatic, but i hate scammers!!

TRUFFA!

Export came out weirdly soft on high-res files, help desk just sent generic tips.
