The old web version was fast, efficient . the only thing it didnt let you do was upload photos. The new tarted up version is slow , flashes a T for 10 seconds before anything comes up. On top of that the new Discover feature which is a remake of the old Meet sucks. You have to type a city name instead of the country to bring up filtered age profiles , how ridiculous . how many cities are we supposed to know. It also brought back all deleted chats from the old web version. Bury this

One star is still too much.

I've known Hi5 since 2008.

And I'm appalled by the user reviews.

I was also planning to cancel my subscription.

But I won't give Hi5 the satisfaction of having their profiles deleted so they can keep fake profiles on the official site.

I have been using tagged for so many years now and i never thought it would be so bad in a few time. No need to mention scammer, fake profile, spam....
At the begining the site was kinda ok. i met some friends and also girlfriends. Search options was various and free.
The time passed and now you can't even search without paying.
No need to mentionned the recent changes on the website. it keep lagging again and again ! before it took a few second to do something on the website and now it take too much time like if we were in the very begining of internet.

We understand that technology evolves. That is not the issue. The issue is that this update has completely missed the mark and has disappointed the majority of Pet players. Top players were asked to complete surveys and share feedback. We did exactly that. We were clear in what we wanted bring back the home page that allowed real interaction, introduce rewards and badges, and keep the layout that made the game enjoyable. None of this was listened to…
Tagged has stripped away what made this game special. Features that built a strong community have been removed, and the result is an app that feels empty, frustrating, and poorly thought out. This is not progress it is a step backwards!!
Bring back the previous version. Restore the features players actually care about. Listen to your community instead of ignoring it 👀

I am going to leave this dating site very soon. It is worthless now. I have been using it since 2014.

Dit was altijd een fijne app en site geweest ik had er nogveer vanaf 2017 gebruik van gemaakt is ook nog met hi5 maar sinds vorige week is het met reuze grote sprongen achteruit gegaan die website was ontzettend traag met lade en opeens kan ik sommige functies niet meer gebruiken chatten enzo tenzij je je profiel Via foto verificatie ik vind zoiets een grote inbreuk op je privacy Stel je voor dat de database gelekt wordt dit was nooit zo geweest dat het moest en bij de website kon je opeens geen profielen meer vinden maar toen de functies werden geblokkeerd chatten en alles En zo was voor mij de druppel Ik heb mijn lidmaatschap per direct opgezegd gelukkig heb ik er nooit voor betaald maar tagged is verleden tijd voor mij Ik heb de app al lang verwijderd en de website uit mijn geschiedenis gehaald

Wij spelen pets vanaf 2008 we hebben het altijd leuk gevonden, maar nu met het nieuwe pets App is het niks meer aan. Omdat je niet normaal een huisdier kan runnen ,en je ziet niet dat je een bericht heb. Nee het is niks dat nieuwe pets,willen alleen maar een petje spelen. Gr Jeroen

Tagged have gone overboard for reasons best known to the shareholders. Everything was hunky dory until they started fidgeting with the core program. Building masks over the core code with the intent of maximising the use of AI does suit un thid situation. 1. You don't change a winning team. 2. If it is not spoilt don't try and fix it. Now they are going to lose money and the users are going to have a second think.

Mr. Director, when hi5 came out, I knew it was a social network, but now congratulations, you've created a dating and video chat site, I think that's what you're looking for.but we here are just Pets players and it's thanks to all these members that you got where you are now.we have been here for 15 years and we all tried to make our profiles as beautiful and big as possible by investing money, and now you have destroyed everything, gifts, our profiles, our friends, etc.guaranteed you are new and beginners, but make an option with those who want to be players and an option for those who do live [anyway it's stupid, they outnumbered us but they just know how to sleep on live] and it doesn't seem normal to me that they should be highlighted and we should be left aside,bring back the old option before it's too late and we'll all be gone

My kids grow up see me playing Tagged and asking when I will leave that game… my answer was NEVER but now with this stupid and useless new version it’s impossible to continue. Usually the upgrade it’s for a better version but you guys definitely downgraded. You told us last time you hears us and put back the old version but suddenly go back to the version we don’t need
This is very sad for the friends we build for years, our loyalty to our friends all over the world. So many people made platform similar and better than Tagged but we always prefer to stay and how you pay our loyalty to your website ??? Making worse and careless what we thing about it

I think the new team is an unprofessional team who never learn what to do with this site. We are here from so long time and making so much friends and you now coming and destroying everything! You took us gifts, it was a pleasure to send for friends anniversary, you took tags, comments, the home page where we talk with each others, you took out messages and leave us a chat page who sometimes can not access, you took out everything, after more years of time, money we spend here!!! IF YOU DO NOT BRING BACK OUR TAGGED HOW WAS FIRST, WE WILL LEAVE, YOU WILL NOT HAVE ALL OUR MONEY, YOU WILL CLOSE YOURSELF, DEAR TAGGED TEAM!!! SHAME ON YOU HOW YOU THREAT YOUR MEMBERS!!!!

I would give this a 0 star if i could, this site is no longer fun there are no runs to join anymore the pictures u cannot change in the albums it only lets u delete them... u arent notified of chats its a total crapper i want the old version back i will not be buying gold anymore due to this sad site... Im on strike!

Take something that works well but could do with getting rid of most of the fakes and then run it into the ground just to make a little bit of more money but now you'll be getting no money because nobody's gonna use this trash

The site is currently awful, especially their flagship product, the pet section! They're shooting themselves in the foot! Many social networking sites have already collapsed because they insisted on going in a different direction!

As a daily, committed Pets player, the conversion to the new interface makes it impossible to enjoy. You've lost another member, i will simply leave.

I never thought i would ever write a negative feedback, but at this point it is what Tagged deserve.
As a member of this site for 18 long years i have seen many changes, lots of them to feel pity, but the last one is the cherry on the top of the cake. It is the worse update that Tagged has made in all this years which is forcing us pets players to quit.
The new version you are forcing us to accept is a total crap.
Nothing works anymore, you took everything from us what was making the site enjoyable.
Tags, comments, gifts, pictures, home page and most important as a pets player The Pets Game.
Most of members have spent lot of real money, including myself to build our pets page. In all this years i have made lots of friends worldwide, we used to have fun playing together, chatting ect...
If Tagged doesn't listen to us and give us back the old version is pointless to stay.
I personally won't spend a single penny on this platform anymore, and i suggest to everyone do the same. If Tagged is what it is today, it is because of us. Stop supporting this site who doesn't give a damn for their consumers by spending money on it.
Then Tagged will see who has the biggest loss, them or us.

Ik vind het niet fijn na de updat alleen nog maar op de app te kunnen. In de browserversie vind ik het fijner om profielen op te zoeken. Ook kan ik nu geen berichten meer verwijderen van mensen die niet interessant zijn. Ik moet klikken op een profiel om te zien of er een bericht is. Geef mij de browserversie maar terug!

I have been playing pets game for years this new version is terrible old version was working fine nothing needed to change now everything is broken no longer fun anymore and deleting pages for no reason tagged is useless doesn't even listen to anything bring back old version or fix new version make it fun again or expect to lose money from gold purchases no one will risk buying gold way it is currently

For years, Tagged has been systematically stripping away everything that made the game worth playing. Every upgrade they force through ignores user feedback and further devalues the experience. They have gutted the Pets market and made VIP benefits virtually worthless, effectively destroying the investments users have made over the years.
It’s clear this is a deliberate strategy they are forcing a voluntary exit of the community. By making the platform unbearable, they push users to leave on their own, creating a backdoor way to pull the plug while shielding themselves from legal liability. If we walk away voluntarily, they think they are safe from lawsuits regarding breach of service or the loss of digital assets and Gold. This isn't just incompetence; it’s a calculated, slow-motion shutdown designed to avoid accountability for the millions of dollars users have poured into this platform.

Unfortunately, our words mean nothing to you, whether you're a new or old player. And indeed, if you file a complaint about a feature or anything else, we get punished instead of those who should be. I STILL can't change profile pictures; they're shown first, and then you put back an old picture or none at all!!! You keep checking for the wrong pictures, but no new picture is posted at all. With the old version, it took a while to upload, but it eventually showed up. With this new site, I can never see if anyone has sent a message; I have to click all the buttons to see if there's a message. And in recent months, I bought gold on a few of my profiles whose email addresses had long since been deleted by the provider. I paid for the gold but never received it, even after reporting it several times. They kept sending me to a different service, but to no avail. Only a message that I had to email from the profile in question, even though it no longer exists. I've been playing since 2009, and there were some problems back then, but nothing compared to now. I'm one of your best gold customers, and this is truly undervalued. I find this completely unacceptable. Promising us castles of gold and then leaving us hanging is your downfall in the long run if things don't change.
