Booked car for MoT
Booked car for MoT. Pre arranged wait on site whilst MOT completed, arranged arrive first thing.
Arrived to be told MoT ramp not working, that car would need to go to third party garage and would be all day.
Had to get taxi home and reattend. Additional cost not really wanted.
Could of got warned or rearranged as wasn't convenient and messed up whole day.

Awful customer service I tried for 3…
I tried for 3 days to phone the office to ask a question also left voicemail and WhatsApp messages with no return call or to let me know when car was ready after MOT test not blaming the girls on the office desk they were polite and helpful when I dropped my car off and picked up but when nobody bothers to return your calls and messages it’s not very professional at all

I came to buy a car from Sytner select in Bristol and was met by Jamie Steele. What an absolute gentleman he was very Proffessional and answered all my questions.
He went over and beyond to make sure we got the best deal possible. We was seen within an hour and half, drove away very happy with our new car.

Good prices but improvements to customer service
This dealership always have fair prices and help customers through sales. As my car failed its MOT just before Easter, i have not been updated with how long I will be without a car. The grandparents live over 80 miles away, so this has impacted being able drive off to see family for a few days before i return to work, or even setting myself out to do the weekly shopping. I have tried to call Sytner group a few times yesterday and today and no one was picking up the calls.

A very painfree experience
A very painfree experience. I worry about female and having to buy a car, as I am worried I will get robbed as my knowledge is not great. Thanks to Jamie, Dan and Jason, I was able to walk away with an absolute beauty. They explained everything clearly, whilst ensuring they did not manxplain to me, checking I was happy at each step. I would highly recommend.
