First time user of the car servicing department and impressed by the efficiency of the team. From the reception welcome and information received via video of the process on my car through to collection and payment.
James who was allocated as my contact was polite, helpful and informative on procedures and time schedule. On collection I had a very small enquiry related to the service at that point Syned was my contact (James on lunch break) who followed up on my question and dealt speedily and efficiently and I left a happy customer who will return again.

Slipping Service
I left my car with Sytner Nottingham for warranty work. My overall experience was a mis diagnosis of the fault over the phone. A series of promised contacts which did not happen. When I collected the car I could not find it. I had been promised it would be cleaned. It had been powerwashed, but the inside was untouched. On a previous occasion it came back in showroom condition.

Disappointing
My 22 year old X3 was in for a recall on the driver's airbag. Tried to call to book it in but after repeated attempts I failed to get an answer. After leaving an answer phone message I was invited to start a what's app chat and after a few days and much back n forth finally booked my car in for it's recall, this could have been done in a few minutes over the phone if someone at the dealership had of just picked up my call. On the day the guy on the desk was polite and friendly and I had text messages to keep me updated on progress which was great however on collection the car was handed back to me with a flat battery and despite requesting a valet the car was no cleaner outside or inside than when I dropped it off. Rather disappointing, just as well it was a recall FOC but it serves as a remind as to why I don't take my car to main dealers for servicing. I have a 5 series that's been waiting 8 months for a recall on a starter motor, perhaps they'll do a better job of that when they final get round to it. Would have gone with 1 star but thought the guy on the desk was worth an extra star.

Purchased a BMW i4 M50 from Sytner BMW…
Purchased a BMW i4 M50 from Sytner BMW Nottingham as a distance sale from Manchester. Prior to collection, I had several conversations with the salesperson over the phone and via email and was repeatedly assured the car would be presented in excellent cosmetic condition and fully prepared for handover.
On arrival, the dealership staff and reception were welcoming and professional, which I appreciated. The car itself is also a fantastic specification and drives brilliantly. However, the cosmetic presentation of the vehicle was disappointing for a premium BMW main dealer.
During inspection, I found numerous swirl marks, scratches, and poorly prepared paintwork around the vehicle, particularly around the rear bumper and boot opening area. Even the salesperson immediately acknowledged part of the issue and took the car away briefly to improve it before we continued with the handover.
A few days later, after being asked to complete the BMW feedback survey, I explained honestly that I could not leave a top rating due to the condition the vehicle had been supplied in. I was eventually offered a £200 goodwill gesture, which I accepted, but after obtaining a professional quote, the corrective work required — including paint correction and windscreen chip repair — is close to £600.
While I appreciate the courtesy of the staff and the goodwill contribution, I expected far better preparation standards from a reputable BMW retailer, especially after travelling a considerable distance based on the assurances given beforehand.
Overall, a great car, but the cosmetic preparation and attention to detail fell well below expectations for a BMW Approved Used vehicle.
