Took the Land Rover for the first…
Took the Land Rover for the first service. The cost was nearly £700, they advised the car will be valeted but when we picked the car up the next day it wasn’t cleaned and when asked about this, a member of the team said sorry but the valet team are not in today! Bear in mind they had the car for 24hrs. Not good enough in my opinion.

Great reception area when you arrive
Great reception area when you arrive, only thing I would say it would be good if the reception team had some type of JLR t shirts on as they all had a miss match of colours and designs the only reason I knew they worked there was because they were holding an iPad for booking in
I did see some office staff wearing dark navy t shirts with the JLR logo which would be ideal

I was able to very quickly book my vehicle in for some work. I was offered a suitable date within a week. I was given a courtesy car for the duration.
The work was completed ahead of schedule and within the estimate.

Horrible experience from start to…
Horrible experience from start to finish. My car was recalled for a safety issue, and after a lot of hassle and a two-month wait to get it booked in, I was finally given a courtesy car. Unfortunately, the courtesy car was filthy inside and out, covered in bird droppings.
Just two hours later, I received a call saying I could collect my own car because the safety recall didn’t need doing after all. However, the orange warning triangle was still illuminated on the dashboard. When I asked if the car was safe to drive, I was told it still needed to be booked back in.
I was also told they had carried out a free health check, but they refused to give me any information about the results or explain what, if anything, the car needed. Instead, I was told I would have to book it in again and pay £250 for a one-hour diagnostic check. I was then told it could take two hours, costing £500, just to tell me what was wrong with it.
The customer service was shocking. To make matters worse, the receptionist repeatedly called me “lovely,” which I found patronising and unprofessional. As a 47-year-old woman, I expect to be treated with respect, not spoken to in such a dismissive manner.
I would avoid this dealership at all costs.
