Non existent phone service
Tried to call the showroom all morning. Their website states they are open on a Saturday from 9am.Lengthy waits with annoying answerphone messages stating how much the team were looking forward to helping me. The line was cut off after about 15 mins. I tried this three times(the same result on each occasion) and my wife had the same experience twice- complete waste of our Sat morning. If there were staffing issues etc a answerphone message could easily have been left. Very poor from a supposed prestige car dealer. The manager might want to check the phone records for this morning as I am sure it will illustrate how poor/non existent the phone service was. A shame as we previously have had a good service here

Great Dealership
Just brought a Range Rover Sport elsewhere and the vehicle had a recall outstanding and needed to remove the old owner. Both times I attended Hannah and Liam could not be more polite and helpful, both issues got resolved promptly from the happy and knowledgable staff members.Well done to all.

I would like to use this medium to express the fantastic experience to an exceptional customer service I received from Jack Healy. He is truly good at his job. Four years ago he sold me my first Range Rover Sport Autobiography, throughout the four years he has kept in contact and any issues such as servicing and maintenance of the vehicle he has been very supportive in terms of pointing me in the right direction. On the first of March I upgraded to the latest model of Range Rover Sport Special Edition, Jack understood my requirements and recommended the above model. From the moment I placed the order till present his after sales service is next none. I am glad and will recommend his services as the best salesman of SYTNER LAND ROVER MAIDSTONE he has truly gone above and beyond all expectations.

A great experience of upgrading
Very friendly staff helpful and knowledgeable, no pressure just a good understanding of what we wanted and then an efficient process to achieve it as smoothly as possible.
I had small issue with the car and it was sorted out without any problem but plenty of apologies

On Saturday 7th December we popped into…
On Saturday 7th December we popped into jaguar at maidstone to ask about service plan and extended warranty. The receptionist on the front desk was extremely rude. No one is here until Monday for which I replied that's fine. She then proceeded to advice with a very off tone that the warranties are not cheap. I didn't ask her the cost. She needs to find a job where she doesn't have to deal with the public as it's obvious she doesn't no how to. I will not deal with maidstone I called barrats in Canterbury oh my God so helpful and polite excellent service from Helen at Canterbury

MOT and Add blue were two different services
MOT and Add blue were two different things. The add blue top up was completed while I waited in a comfortable chair with a cup of coffee. Well looked after. I left the car for the MOT, which pass and was cleaned inside and out. Again great service.
