Efficient experience as usual

My previous experience with bmw was absolutely terrible,i was at the bmw from gallows corner,with a full service on the car,they charge me 1700,some issues with dpf,lacking of power the car was working only 3 weeks after again some problems,after i was afraid to go again,now bought new car i book the service on their app,again go with precaution,i was expecting some hidden cost on top of what the app said,but no what the app said that was the price,free coffe they take care of you,also the guy who was serve me very friendly and nice,car was running amazing after so for sure i go again on this location.

Really helpful people who kept us informed all the way. Could not fault anything. Also Ali and your receptionist are a credit to the business.

Manvir Chatha was exceptional and the receptionist, coffee and waiting facilities are one of the reasons I still use Synter Coventry although they are not the cheapest. However, the complimentary car wash and hoover is a bonus.

Comfortable surroundings, drinks and snacks always available, helpful team.

Went this morning at the BMW just to see if it was possible to reset the bmw oil service as wasn't done before when serviced the car. The manager called me and set a date, but unfortunately I couldn't take a day off work unpaid. So I decided to go today, but this blonde lady was telling me off in front of the people and staff why did I left a bad review and spoke with her manager about it, rather be helpful. She clearly needs retraining how to speak with people and show some respect and manners. I was very shocked the way she behaved towards me. What a wonderful customer service.

My experience with Sytner Coventry BMW has been appalling from start to finish. I purchased a BMW X5 in August 2025 under the BMW Approved Used scheme, trusting that it met the promised “meticulous inspection” and “premium quality” standards. Within weeks, I discovered multiple issues — including paint defects, badly scuffed wheels, a mismatched carpet light, drivetrain concerns, and brake pedal noise — all completely unacceptable for a supposedly premium vehicle.

The car has been back to the dealership three times in less than two months (and is due back for a fourth visit). Yet the issues persist, and every attempt to raise them has been met with arrogance and denial.

The Approved Used Sales Manager who handled my case was unhelpful, dismissive, and seemingly unwilling to acknowledge even the most obvious problems. Key evidence — including photographs and official inspection reports — was either ignored or brushed aside. Instead, I was told that budget tyres, scuffed alloys, and shrinking sunroof seals were “acceptable” or my responsibility, despite the car having covered fewer than 1,600 miles since purchase.

The entire experience has left me with zero confidence in BMW’s Approved Used programme. It is clear that the vehicle was never properly inspected and that Sytner’s idea of customer care is to defend poor workmanship rather than put things right.

I’ve now escalated the matter to BMW UK, BMW Financial Services, and the Motor Ombudsman.
If you value honesty, accountability, and safety — avoid Sytner Coventry and the wider Sytner Group at all costs.
