Sytner Group - smart Cheltenham and Gloucester Anmeldelser 

I tried to book my car in for its annual
Service this week and fell foul of the Sytner AI system. First I was asked to book on line but despite having bought my car from Sytner and having it serviced in Gloucester every year the registration and VIN were unrecognised. I called back - no human interaction just a link to WhatsApp with a promise I would be called in 45 minutes. 24 hours have now passed and no-one has called. Attempts to lodge my number for a call back have similarly been ignored.
I know my car is old and the garage may no longer want my business but I would like a human to have the courtesy to tell me this.
I am very disappointed.

Every one of the staff at Sytner Mercedes Benz Cheltenham and Gloucester whom I dealt with recently were excellent, knowledgeable, attentive and very warm in their dealings with me.
I recently bought a 2017 registered C200 AMG Estate model from them and, to say that they jumped through hoops to ensure that the deal was concluded entirely to my satisfaction, would be an understatement.
However, when I returned to them a week later to seek the return of my part exchanged old vehicle, a 2006 registered C280 Automatic Estate - which my wife and I called "Old Faithful" - having owned the car for 16 years with never a serious fault, they were most accommodating .
After concluding the new purchase, my wife had misgivings about trading our old car in - however, Sytner's pulled all the strings to ensure that the car was withdrawn from the Trade Auction and returned - valeted throughout and looking new- for me to drive home in.
The AMG model that I bought is also a beauty, and I am both impressed and appreciative of its elegance.
However, none of this would have been possible without the caring attention to detail by Sytner M-B of Cheltenham and Gloucester, especially from Mr Danny Ollis, who, in a final touch of panache, had my part exchanged car, worth £ 1,500, in pride of place on the showroom floor, sitting amidst cars of varying values between £80,000 and above - with a placard beside my car which read " Mercedes Benz Cheltenham and Gloucester - Welcome Mr and Mrs Bay - Congratulations on the return of 'Old Faithful' - Handed over by Danny Ollis."
Great people at Sytner's - really worth the visit.
