I took my Porsche GT4 for a service, into Porsche Silverstone in Dec 2025. I asked if the broken mirror adjustment switch could be replaced. The car is under Porsche warranty. I was
a call back to confirm and rebook. Fast forward to June 2026, I have left multiple messages to call me back to rebook for it to be repaired, with no response, but eventually spoke to Nikki, who arranged an appointment for the 6th August(Tomorrow) together with a courtesy car. I have just received a call to say that no courtesy car is available. As I live approx 100 away, and had rearranged my diary a courtesy car was imperative. I have had to cancel the appointment with no option to rebook
Another example of how poor Porsche service is

Proper and quick customer service. i would recommend to anyone. More expensive than last year but overall really good experience. Justin is always professional and super helpfull. I would give 5 stars to him with no doubt.

I have given three stars in an attempt to be fair.

I bought an eight month old hybrid Panamera. The hand over was superb. It went downhill from then on. The car hadn’t been charged and had certainly not been road tested. Within 5 miles the tyre warning light came on and I had to return to the dealership to have it setup for the correct tyres.

The following day I discovered that the 10,000 mile car I thought I had bought had well over. 11,000 miles on the clock. Consequently, the end mileage on the finance agreement was wrong.

My complaint to the dealer principal was passed on to the salesman to sort out. Which to give him his due, he did by agreeing an ex gratis payment and is in the process of cancelling and redoing the finance agreement. I hope to receive the new agreement in the next couple of days.

No apology or acknowledgment from the dealer principal was received.

Hopefully all will be well moving forward.

This review relates to my experience in July '26 with the body shop at Porsche Silverstone.

I had my car booked-in for a number of items ranging from paint to number plates. Probably not the ideal job for a body shop - lots of different work packages required, rather than a substantial single work package that must be easier and more appealing to the bean-counters. But you would never have known it from my experience. The customer experience in Porsche Silverstone generally has improved in recent years to the point where it's hard to see how they could improve the experience. But I feel the body shop somehow manages to raise the bar even higher. I genuinely cannot recommend the body shop highly enough. And as a long time Porsche customer I am so glad that the dealership invested in the body shop to provide a one stop shop for everything, delivered with a first class customer experience. I can't believe Bentley, Ferrari or RR could be much better - if at all. Better coffee in the customer lounge perhaps?

In spite of a fire at the dealership, the service team were able to reschedule my service work for just two days later. Working out of alternative premises the work was then delivered in little more time than I’d have expected normally. Well done service team and a shout out to George in particular.

The service received from Justin was excellent.
The communication was clear and concise and the whole team looked after me really well from end to end.

We had a great experience from the start until the end of the process. All information was provided by our coordinator Mark Lewis and Mansur (finance) whenever we requested. Entire process was smooth and quick. We were treated well during the handover as well.

If you are considering a Porsche, I highly recommend visiting this dealership and asking for Oliver. It is rare to find such a high standard of service, and I couldn't be happier with my new vehicle. Thank you, Oliver and the team at Porsche Silverstone, for a truly exceptional experience!

Brilliant work

The team at Silverstone made me feel very welcome (Jules a star) Provided advice and support when needed. Completed the work in good time, kept me informed and returned my car in outstanding condition

Delighted with my new vehicle and great service from Mark who arranged a super handover of my Macan Turbo involving my two boys.

The areas I thought you missed the mark were
1. Took too long to get an appointment
2. Very expensive for what you actually do
3. Boot left dirty as part of the valet
4. A battery reconnection process instructed by group had not happened resulting in my car losing all its battery power and shutting down and it taking pretty well a full day to get an engineer to site to kick start it- this caused me to be late for an appointment and cost me £
5 A break disc has failed after 28k miles so about a quarter of its expected life. It was left to me to try and resolve with group when a technical input/ support from Silverstone could have been initiated.

Home collection worth its weight in gold. Very good communications start to finish. All staff enthusiasts in their role.

A visit to Porsche Centre Silverstone feels more like stepping into a first-class lounge than a car dealership. Over the years, I've owned Audis, BMWs, Mercedes-Benzs and Land Rovers, but none have come close to the level of service Porsche provides.
Purchasing my latest Porsche was a genuinely personal experience, with nothing ever seeming too much trouble. Aleksandra and the team supporting her have been exceptional every step of the journey - professional, attentive and a pleasure to deal with throughout.

The service received from start to finish was great. From the initial phone call to the service and sign off. Each member of the team were great.

The service on my Porsche was carried out by Porsche Silverstone, managed by George Snelus.

The experience was very positive, George was extremely helpful in ensuring all my points were looked at during the car being on-site. The work on the car was completed quickly and ready for me to collect within a couple of days.

I would definitely recommend using the Porsche Silverstone dealership and will be returning with my car for its next service.

A shout out for the coffee - it was what I would say a proper cup of coffee better than what is made in any of the local High Street establishments!!
