Excellent service, lovely staff, seamless experience
All staff were welcoming, professional and looked as if they really enjoyed their job. I was quickly directed to appropriate staff who treated me with kindness and courtesy. This is the first time I’ve bought a new car for over 30 years and was anxious! The sales process was seamless and stress free/ finance approved within 24 hours. Nothing was too much trouble and ‘stupid’ questions answered without patronising me - eg - I can’t get it into drive! Chrissy - you need to turn it on. Even though I was late for one appointment it was no bother - and the coffee is excellent! My dog was welcomed and fussed over - I felt as if I was treated with utmost respect, with some well placed humour, and feel I got a really good deal. As for the car - it’s as if someone at Audi said ‘how can we design a car for me?’ And got it absolutely right. Good service is hard to come by these days, and while I complain politely if I don’t get it, I am also happy to give praise where it’s due. Thank you for a really positive experience and a fabulous car

I think that the telephone system that you have put in place makes it very difficult to speak to the right department and get a timely response. My contact experience with Sytner Audi Nottingham was very poor indeed.
Overall my customer experience was very very disappointing-to the extent that I will take some convincing to remain a customer going forward.

Efficient service and very friendly staff!
Thank you for the lovely coffee on arrival and to the service advisor for getting my car checked in quickly. I arrived at 7:30am and I explained I had to get to work for 9am. Both her and the technician Jack made sure my car was done in time.

Customer service excellent
As always Rebecca Marriott (service)excellent customer service. Iain Turnbull kept me informed re the app whilst doing the further health checks. So as always with Nottingham Audi extremely good with attention to detail. The big problem is the email and telephone service. I emailed Rebecca to book my car in, no reply. Then tried telephoning, rang Nottingham number, goes to wherever, certainly not Nottingham and cant be transferred!! Asked to leave message for Rebecca, no reply 2nd call again asked to leave message, again no reply. Got through on 3rd try by some miracle to be told Rebecca had not got any messages at all. If I hadn't got through I would then have had to drive to the other side of Nottingham just to book my car in, which would have made me even angrier. So would some one please sort this awful mess out please, When I dial Nottingham Audi, I want to then be put in contact with the personal I have rung for. I have been a customer for a very long time and don't want to be treated like I don't matter. Mrs Offord

Worse sales team ever
The worse experience ever. Bunch of crooks. Sold me a faulty car that I realised the following day. Refused the car so they collected it back after really trying to not accept the refund. Eventually they picked up the car and it’s now been 2 weeks and I still haven’t got my money back. I have been calling the showroom near enough every day to chase up but apparently for 2 weeks straight there isn’t a manager to deal with my query. The sales assistant who originally dealt with me (Sam Peace) was brilliant when he was selling me the car; now that it’s turned into a refund I am barely getting any responses from him. Avoid this showroom at all costs!

Fantastic Service
On strong recommendation I spoke to Jimmy Owens in Sales at Audi in Nottingham as I was looking to renew my vehicle. Jimmy was brilliant from the first meeting. He appraised my car to get me the very best trade in price and had numerous talks with his manager to negotiate the best deal he could for me. I feel that he went above and beyond and even after I drove away I still received excellent after sales service as I had a few queries which Jimmy helped me with and nothing was too much trouble. This experience has made me want to return to Audi Nottingham in the future.

Very good service. They replaced my TAKATA passenger airbag, and at the same time vacuumed and washed the entire exterior of my car. I have had a very good experience with this Audi service in Nottingham.

The whole exprience at Audi was faultless. James was amazing and amswered all of our questions easily...and we had a lot! After taking the car on a test drive James offered us a great deal. Audi kept in contact to sort out paperwork, insurance etc...and we picked our new car up on the Friday!
