20yrs loyal custom
20yrs loyal custom and this is the rubbish Leicester Audi sold me as an “Audi approved” car. Serious modifications undisclosed, high voltage cables moved, car faults popping up. They had it back 2wks and assured me the “Master tech” has signed it off. Had it back 48hrs and more power system faults. Now their legal department says I have to give them a chance to try and fix it again. £50,000 car, mis- sold and unusable. Safe to say I will be leaving Audi after this, DO NOT trust “Audi approved” it’s just a slogan to sell used cars at a premium.

Do not use Leicester Audi
1. From the day prior to the vehicle being delivered, I was hounded with phone calls asking for documents to be signed immediately, not even having the chance to read through the Terms and Conditions. I was told I would be sent through a copy of all documents that had been signed, something I am still waiting for.
2. The car was delivered with marks on 2 doors, something they categorically denied, however, the delivery driver had taken a photo before he left the garage and had even showed this to a staff member . A tyre cap was also missing.
3. When I was looking at the Q4, I specifically said that the car had to have the automatic parking feature, the same as my previous vehicle. After repeatedly telling the garage that I was unable to find this on the car, they eventually told me the car didn't have this option. Too late to return the car! I was sold a vehicle with a feature missing that I specifically requested.
4. If it hadn’t been for the delivery driver pointing this out to a member of staff when he came to collect the car, we would have received the vehicle minus the back shelf.
6. A member of staff had ticked every box on the delivery form, some of which wasn’t even relevant to this vehicle, one being that we had been provided with a battery health report which we did not get. I was told I would be provide with a copy, however, later I was informed that they couldn’t do this!
7. Emails were ignored, I had to chase up what was going to be done about the marks on the doors and I also had to chase up getting another battery health report carried out - my nearest Audi dealer being over 1 hour away.
I contacted Andrew Whelpton who was away and asked Rob Clarke to contact me.
I purchased my car online and it should have been hassle free, however, this being my 4th Audi, it's been the worst experience and I definitely would not recommend using this dealership.

Recent service department visits
Ive been a customer of Leicester Audi for 10 years now and this is my 3rd Audi.
I’ve had a few routine service visits recently as I’ve stuck probably a little too long with a Q7 that barely got used during lockdown.
On each of my recent visits I’ve been managed by Riyaz Patel who has truly owned me as a customer and ensured that my requirements have been captured, prices confirmed, provided availability slots to give me the opportunity to select the most convenient, kept me upto date with progress and ensured it’s handed back in time with appropriate paperwork & clarification of work completed.
I’ve found Riyaz to be the consummate professional.
I should also add that on a recent visit I had the pleasure of being greeted in the customer area by the recently new HOB Andrew who was a breath of fresh air as well.

Customer Service at its best
After experiencing communication issues prior to getting work done by the Service Dept, I was finally sorted by Ben Vaughan who turned things around and made sure my vehicle was sorted quickly and i was kept informed along the way. Sitting waiting for your vehicle can sometimes be tiresome but I am pleased to say, this wasnt the case. With regular updayes and complimentary coffee, I walked out with my car serviced, cleaned inside and out and most important of all, a very happy customer. Thank you Ben and the Audi Servicing team.
