Hi have only dealt with you since I acquired a second hand Ferrari. Staff have been very attentive and understand my issue.
They have done their best to solve my issue even though it was not a simple thing.

Should have more than 3 stars , only let down was no response from the dealer after car service. The full story was , my car last week got full service since still in lockdown situation, it was picked up by their staff . 2 days after , got my car delivered back to me . A couple of hours , took a closely look n found a nail in the left rear tyre . Phoned the delivery guy n asked if all tyres were checked or only tyre pressure was checked ( I understood it was only slight difference but perhaps my expectation was too high , if so , forgive me ) Sent 2 pictures to the delivery guy n got told the case would pass on to manager . To clarify, I m not pointing finger at anyone since don’t know when n where it happened, I can only say it’s an unfortunate matter . My point s it’s been a week , it seems no one s following up my case , no text , call n email , absolutely nothing, at least make up a story or what so ever . That’s what I expect from a brand like Maserati. Thanks

Recent visit to the service department was excellent, all alterations to the facilities due to COVID-19 were excellent and provided me with peace of mind.
Staff were incredible as always.

Very good experience from Graypaul
Very good experience from Graypaul. My Maserati was presented in immaculate condition and James Roberson handled the purchase process very well. I have piece of mind with the approved warranty and would definitely recommend them to anyone.

excellent service from start to finish, car returned in immaculate condition, all staff from receptionist to service manager were excellent and made you very welcome. which is why, as a glasgow resident, i travel through to edinburgh rather than use the glasgow bentley dealer ship.

100 yr Celebration Grand Cabrio.2014.
Customers service experience vastly improved from 2-1/2 hrs ago for it’s first service.
This time in for a major. 4-1/2 yrs on.
Little things like getting support on transport to hotel in city centre as we live 100miles away. Had it been the same as last time ( ie get a taxi) despite as we all Know your hardly handing over £200 for a Halfords Service.
At the time it was nearer 2K.
I would have looked for another dealer. But everyone deserves a 2nd chance.
Also afforded plenty of time to go through the inspection video. And discuss some preventative measures. Brakes dust hole blocking. Front Tyres uneven ware due to set up common issue. Sensor catalytic converter replacement on the 2nd device. Etc when car only done 15k.
In all I will be returning and as such will not return every 2yrs. But yearly for an agreed inspection and visual check over. Prevention better than cure especially in your wallet. As well as having the MOT done at the same time.

I have dealt with various companies since becoming a Ferrari owner ,with different models ,for first time in 1980.
But I must say my recent Graypaul Edinburgh experience was the best ever !!The gentleman that I dealt with from beginning to end of my visit could not have been more helpfull.
I must extend my gratefull thanks to him for the thorough and efficient way that he handled everything from start to finish.
I will most definitely be back.
