Clear and timely communication

Lewis made an offer for my BMW I3S via the Motorway app. A great experience in it's own right (for anyone looking to get a good price on their car).
From start to finish, Lewis has remained professional, pleasant and very informative. We engaged via WhatsApp most of the time and spoke when needed, but his methodical approach to things, along with him keeping me updated at all times, really made the whole experience brilliant.
After being a diehard BMW fan for the last 30 years, I'm trying Tesla this time around, but know, that when I'm ready to get back into German cars again, that I will pick up the phone and speak to Lewis for some great advice.
