J'ai récemment passé une commande chez Syed Vintage Wholesale pour une variété de produits, y compris des T-shirts, des sweatshirts, des vestes de marque, ainsi que des T-shirts blancs en grande quantité. Je tiens à exprimer ma grande insatisfaction concernant cette commande, car la qualité des articles reçus était tout simplement inacceptable et loin de correspondre à ce qui était promis.

Tout d'abord, j'ai commandé des T-shirts en grande quantité, mais une partie significative de la commande était tout simplement inutilisable en raison de taches irrécupérables. Les T-shirts blancs que j'ai reçus étaient imprégnés de taches indélébiles, ce qui était en totale contradiction avec l'aspect vintage que je m'attendais à trouver. De plus, des T-shirts non vintage ont été inclus dans la commande en quantité excessive, ce qui était à la fois décevant et non professionnel.

Notre commande comprenait également une variété de pull-overs et de sweat-shirts censés être de style "collège américain". Cependant, la réalité a été une grande surprise et une déception. Les sweat-shirts que j'ai reçus ne ressemblaient en rien au style "collège américain" promis. La qualité était médiocre, et ils semblaient bien loin des produits de qualité que j'attendais.

De plus, plusieurs articles, y compris les vestes de marque, présentaient des taches évidentes, ce qui les rendait totalement inutilisables et inacceptables pour une vente professionnelle. Ces vestes ne correspondaient en aucune façon à la description fournie par Syed Vintage Wholesale.

Une autre préoccupation majeure est l'ouverture apparente des bales dans leur entrepôt, laissant présager un triage effectué de manière douteuse. Cela soulève des inquiétudes quant à l'intégrité de la commande et à l'exactitude de son contenu.

En conclusion, je déconseille fortement de faire des achats chez Syed Vintage Wholesale, au risque de voir votre argent investi devenir irrécupérable. Le traitement non professionnel que j'ai rencontré tout au long de cette expérience, ainsi que la gestion inappropriée des box et bales livrées, sont inacceptables. De plus, la situation concernant les vestes de marque, les taches sur les vêtements, et le triage présumé souligne encore davantage le manque de fiabilité de Syed Vintage Wholesale en matière de qualité des produits et de service.

Je recommande vivement aux personnes à la recherche de produits de qualité et d'un service fiable de se tourner vers un fournisseur professionnel qui a pour priorité de satisfaire ses clients.

Cette entreprise a bien changé ! Bien mieux maintenant, faut-il encore savoir quoi acheter.

Waiting for money refund via credit card provider.

I ordered two times for over 1000£, I'll never order again and I wouldn't recommend for any other vintage stores to order from here.

Positive: Syed gets two stars and not one bc communication is not too hard, mostly they answer within a day, and they refunded some money.

Negative: they call themselves a "vintage" wholesale. But they abuse the word "vintage" in every possible way. The bales I bought all had the term "vintage" in the titel but just contained 0-20% of real vintage items (yes, sometimes even 100% modern clothing). Expect to receive a lot of shein, primark, h&m, Zara and random brands made in Bangladesh and Pakistan. I tried to talk to them about this issue but first they didn't answered this specific questions and then they made stupid excuses (such as "for this price u can't expect vintage in the bale". Well then just don't call it "vintage" bc doesn't matter the price I expect to get what is in the titel/description of the product I purchase).

In the end I just made a big loss with my purchases with syed. All the time I invested for sorting, communication and sending back leaves me with an estimated profit of 5€/hour.

Ropa de marca a muy buen precio. He hecho 2 pedidos y estoy contento. Me llegaron en 2 semanas

Me acaba de llegar el pedido y estoy sorprendido con la calidad de las prendas. Conpré una paca de 22 kg y la mayoría de las prendas estab como nuevas. Lo recomiendo 100%

Ordered a branded mixed bundle of sweaters and 80% of the items were v-necks and cardigans. Impossible to profit on, and they weren’t grade A either.

My order took over 3 weeks to arrive and with all that in mind they still would not help me with a return. I lost £35 in shipping fees ordering from this company, I wouldn’t even risk it if you’re reading this as there a plenty of better suppliers out there

Es el cuarto pedido que hago para España a esta empresa. Las prendas están en muy buenas condiciones. El servicio de atención al cliente funciona muy bien. Te responden al momento y si tu pedido se retrasa te envían el seguimiento. Puedes contactar con ellos directamente desde el chat de su Instagram o desde su correo electrónico. Suelen tardar entre 10 y 15 días para pedidos pequeños. Para pedidos de gran volumen tarda un poco más unos 15/20 días.
Lo recomiendo 100%

Ce site est incroyable, je recommande vivement à tout le monde ! J’ai eu que de très bonnes expériences avec plus de 10 commandes. Je vous recommande fortement ce site 🫶🏼

Empezaré la reseña mencionando que el pedido nos ha tardado 90 días en llegar, nos costó 65 mails a SYED Vintage y múltiples quejas.
Realizamos y pagamos el pedido el 24 de noviembre, 80 Levis de "Grado A".
A los 15 días ya nos estaban diciendo que los paquetes se habían perdido y que los volverían a enviar después de año nuevo, (un mes después). " Les decimos que no vamos a esperar y que queremos nuestro reembolso y se niegan a reembolsarnos!!!
Después de enviarlo en Enero, nos dijeron en SYED que se había vuelto a extraviar y que lo iban a volver a enviar por tercera vez.
Muy sospechoso, ¿no creen?
Después de tres envíos, nos dicen que no tienen stock y que nos lo enviaran en cuanto puedan... ( Otra vez más pedimos el reembolso de nuestro dinero y se niegan a reembolsarnos!!
Vuelven a decirnos que se ha vuelto a perder y que lo van a enviar con otra compañía diferente. ( Mentira tras mentira para encubrir que jamás enviaron ningún pedido y lo que sucedió en realidad es que jamás tuvieron stock)
Después de 3 meses y de 65 mails, amenazamos con presentarnos en sus instalaciones a cobrar nuestro dinero y denunciarles en la policía Inglesa.. Entonces milagrosamente, nos envían un pedido que recibimos en no más de 1 semana.
Pero no acaba aquí, recibimos un pedido supuestas de Grado A, con la mitad de los Levis rotos y manchados totalmente irrecuperables!!!

Esta es una empresa con una falta de seriedad notable, falta de ética, consolidada a base de mentiras, excusas y estafas que no merecen otra cosa que una demanda judicial.
Un comportamiento que se podría esperar de un vendedor ambulante de un zoco cualquiera, pero no de una gran empresa tal y como se anuncian.
Nefasto!!!

I will start the review by mentioning that the order has taken us 90 days to arrive, it cost us 65 emails to SYED Vintage and multiple complaints.
We placed and paid for the order on November 24, 80 "Grade A" Levis.
After 15 days they were already telling us that the packages had been lost and that they would send them again after the New Year (one month later). "We tell them that we are not going to wait and that we want our refund and they refuse to refund us!!!
After sending it in January, we were told at SYED that it had been lost again and that they were going to send it a third time.
Very suspicious, don't you think?
After three shipments, they tell us that they do not have stock and that they will send it to us as soon as they can... (Once again we ask for a refund of our money and they refuse to refund us!!
They tell us again that it has been lost again and that they are going to send it with a different company. (Lie after lie to cover up that they never sent any order and what actually happened is that they never had stock)
After 3 months and 65 emails, we threatened to show up at their facilities to collect our money and report them to the English police. Then miraculously, they send us an order that we received in no more than 1 week.
But it doesn't end here, we received an alleged Grade A order, with half of the Levis broken and stained, totally unrecoverable!!!

This is a company with a notable lack of seriousness, lack of ethics, consolidated based on lies, excuses and scams that do not deserve anything other than a lawsuit.
A behavior that could be expected from a Middle Eastern street merchant, but not from a large company as they are sold.

Shameful misleading and a total con. I ordered a mixed bundle of Carhart jackets and trousers B & C mix and only trousers turned up. It clearly stated mixed jackets and upon contacting them they said 'read the small print'. What an absolute con. Disgusting behaviour. Do not order from here.

I haven't recieved my package i ordered over 2 month ago! I placed my order in december, and it still have not been shipped. (its 11th febuary now)

Do not recommend I’ve been waiting 6 weeks for my order that I was told would take no longer than 6 days, Syed keeps blowing smoke at me telling me in a few days it’ll go out, absolutely ridiculous I wanted the items for before Christmas to sell but instead I’m still waiting for it really so not recommend yes he has offered me £50 store voucher but obviously I’m never going to use them again
