This company was so professional and yet easy to deal with. We were on first name terms and Lizzie was our contact there, she was very helpful and good to talk to, we would definately use Swift Resolution again if we needed to.

My reviews are 100% genuine ignore the fake positive reviews look into negative/bad reviews, please don’t make the mistake of using this company they take your money and do nothing. I am waiting for my court hearing where all will be revealed. I have emails from a number of people who have been treated like me by this company.
See you in court on the 7th September in Luton court, these are the lengths you have to go to to get this company to recognise they are useless and should not be in business. You can tell from the MD responses that the sort of unprofessional person you will be dealing with ☹️

Swift resolution handled my claim very well, they replied quickly to emails and informed me of my best course of action. The claim was eventually paid in full so my experience has been a positive one!

Avoid at all costs! They sell you what you want to hear. Take your money, eventually achieve to receive payments from the debtor and never pass them on. No communication whatsoever and then your case has been passed on to Gallowglass Security by a signed GDPR of Richard Lloyd-Hughes, which after speaking to citizens advice, breaks all kinds of rules. Not a good company and a waste of money and time!
Spend your money on a nice weekend away!

I have dealt with Lizzie all the way through my claim. She’s been supportive, compassionate and professional. I couldn’t have done this without her support. Her communication has been outstanding and she’s guided me through the process all the way through. I would highly recommend swift to anyone. The process of retrieving my money was complex and has taken many many months, but Lizzie was always confident and encouraging that justice would be mine. Lizzie helped us with a debtor whom we had struggled with for over a year, amazingly as soon as Swift Resolutions got involved, the debtor paid the full balance straight away!

Swift Resolution has been very helpful in recovering my money from two different individuals. I previously left a glowing review of this company and now I have even more good news! They have successfully started to recoup the money I am owed through sheer tenacity and professionalism. They have kept me updated throughout and advised me of next steps all the way. They have taken the stress out of an awful situation and I can’t praise them highly enough.

We had a tradesman who took us for over 2000 we went through the normal CCJ and engaged swift resolution as our debt collectors. We were updated at every stage when they attended the debtors address. We received regular updates by way of a succinct account of what they did. The debtor was engaged and agreed to pay the full amount back in monthly instalments. The debtor defaulted and Swift resolutions went back to the property and the debtor paid the full amount owing (including all costs). We appreciate it takes time (approx 1 year when we started the process via the courts) but we persevered and finally got all our money back thanks to Swift resolutions. Thoroughly recommend them based on our experience.

I received £ 410 on 18/7/2022 as interim payment from a tenant who has absconded. 5 months rent owed. Shall be getting another interim payment soon.

A company you can trust. They deal with any queries quickly and efficiently. Highly recommend.

They took my money and after 3 attempts to enter the address they closed my case saying they can’t get into the place. Payed all money in full and they closed my case with an email saying they can’t do anything else.
Wasted my time and money very layed back company never returned my calls and cut phone off on me while l am waiting to talk to Chelsy who would never call me back.
They are a bunch of lies who are only after your money. Don’t use them u won’t get any money back.

These cowboys keep changing business names if you check their records at companies house, but the same director and gang of people continue such so called debt recovery service. they just keep and steal peoples money and when got court cases against them, they change the business name again. Utter scum and stay away!

I have instructed swift resolutions to recover debt owed to my by a tenant. They have been really helpful and understanding, unfortunately my tenant doesn’t seem to think the same . Highly recommend Swift for their actions and help so far . Apparently it’s ONLY £4000 that the tenant owes .

Had a very good experiance with chelsea looking after my issue, very disciplined straight to the point and extremely professional, any more issues I have I would definitely use these again.

I had a ccj out for my Vets who chose to just ignore me. I really didnt know what to do as I had no experience of this before. They owed me over 3k which in these times is not insignificant.
I was hesitant to use an agency but omg am I glad that I did. Marie talked me through everything and I decided I had nothing to lose as there was no way they'd pay up to me!
I got all my money back within a few months, I was over the moon!

Terrible company. Out of date Website and shop and complete business model. Try to pass of as Solisitor’s. Not sure how a company like this is still even in existence.

Swift by name but far from it in reality. I will admit they got a payment plan in place. But the whole process has stress me due to the COMPLETE lack of communication. This led to stress and made feel a burden to the staff I dealt with. I found the staff to be rude and unhelpful at most times. I read some of the reviews on here after, and thought overkill. But experience with this company makes a lot of things ring true. Claiming a debt is hard enough without the company you employ messing you about.

Chelsea was fantastic the whole way through my case, she was very understanding and supportive of my needs during a sensitive time. I would highly recommend Swift Resolution.
