Swagger & Swoon Anmeldelser

Loved the ties, went really well with our Autumnal wedding.

Fantastic company, very responsive team who helped with my tie order from start to finish, and a brilliant product at the end. Would highly recommend

A great company to get my wedding ties off. I wasn’t sure if I could get a colour to match my teal dresses. I ordered a few of their swatches to see if any would match. Great idea. I was able to get a match for my dresses and it was exactly the same colour. Ties didnt take overally long to come and were just perfect. Matched my dresses so well. So impressed with the quality of the ties as well.

Beautifully made!
The ties looked amazing and complimented the suits perfectly!
Detail to packaging was excellent.
Thank you

Great quality ties!
Colour swatches sent very fast and colour change done at ease due to my incorrect colour order. Great customer service, lovely company. Would highly recommend!!

The colour of the bow ties we ordered for my husband and his best men was beautiful and such excellent quality material. The team at S&S were brilliant keeping us updated when the bow ties were in production, finished and shipped. Felt like a very personal service. I would definitely order from them again.

The guys at swagger and swoon did a fantastic job at making all the ties for our recent wedding in Cyprus. I originally bought the groom and best man’s tie in 2020 and then ended up ordering 3 more in 2023 when we could finally have our special day. The colour match was perfect and the quality was outstanding too. Delivery was prompt and they kept me up to date throughout the whole process. They even messaged me on the wedding day to with me luck and congratulate me which I thought was a lovely personal touch. Thank you so much.

We ordered ties and pocket squares for 8 people which were all amazing quality and came really quickly considering they are made to order!
They kept us up to date throughout the process.
We had really struggled to find a colour that matched the bridesmaids dresses, so we ordered a few swatches which helped so much.

Swagger & Swoon helped us source the perfect colour ties and pocket squares for our wedding. The colour was perfect and matched the bridesmaid dresses, as well as the flowers and overall decor of the wedding perfectly. Everything came together exactly as I dreamed it would!

The communication and customer service we received was exceptional, and the quality of the ties and pocket squares was excellent!

So glad we found this company for our wedding ties! The quality of the ties were unreal and the colouring was perfect, they make the process so easy. One thing I absolutely loved about getting our ties from swagger and swoon was them being the only company I could find that done both children and adults ties that actually matched and came in both bow ties, normal ties and elastic to suit all the ages. Will definitely recommend.

So so impressed with Swagger and Swoon. The ties we ordered for our wedding were perfect and such good quality. I later ordered a sash for my daughter and the customer service team were great in making sure it still matched the ties. Highly recommend!!!

Great service provided at a reasonable cost. the swatches were very easy to order and to match to the bridesmaids dresses. There was a slight delay with the manufacturing process but the customer services were very courteous and prompt with their reply and it was on its way within a couple of days. They even send you a message on your wedding day wishing you well

What a fantastic company to work with in the build up to our wedding. The whole process was easy from start to finish. The website is easy to navigate and the sensibly priced swatches allowed me to choose the exact colour and pattern for ties and pocket squares. The responsiveness and communication from the team were second to none. I couldn't recommend Swagger and Swoon highly enough - they will eliminate any stress around ordering Groomsmen accessories and provide you with high quality goods at very reasonable prices.

We couldn't fault the service that we had from Swagger and Swoon. They were brilliant from start to finish and kept us updated every step of the way. We ordered cravats, children's bow ties and adult ties for our Groomsmen that matched our bridesmaids dresses. We sent off swatches from the bridesmaid dresses and were able to get a great match that we were really happy with.
I would highly recommend their services to anyone looking for matching ties. Thank you!

One of the best companies I have ever dealt with. Great customer service from start to finish. They helped me pick out the perfect bow tie and pocket squares to match my bridesmaid dresses and the match couldn’t have been better! Brilliant communication including wishing us a great wedding day and following up after the event. Highly recommend this company - don’t hesitate if you are thinking of using them!

We received great service. Samples arrived quickly and we were pleased to find a pretty perfect match. However, we were short on time and needed to ensure delivery before the standard quoted lead time. The company invites you to call and discuss if timing looks a problem, which we did. Juss was nothing but helpful and arranged our order fullfillment to be brought forward, arriving with days to spare. There were regular update texts and a good luck message for the wedding day. This was exceptional, responsive customer service which was refreshing to receive. We would highly recommend.

Ordered swatches for my sons wedding. Beautiful colours that matched the bridesmaids dresses. Had a few questions and called them, so helpful and placed my ordered. Great customer service, as they kept me updated. When they arrived we were so happy with them as they were beautiful. Got a lovely text on the day of the wedding, wishing us well. Would highly recommend.

First class service. Added an extra tie at short notice. All ties excellent and colour matched perfect and would highly recommend.

Ties and pocket squares are just as described and lovely quality.

I knocked one star off this review as communication could be better with this company. They email saying orders will be dispatched within 2-3 weeks. Mine took slightly longer (4 weeks). This isn’t a problem, but I had noted the negative reviews about timescales and communication and so spent a lot of time chasing them to ensure my order arrived in time for the event.

Great product but would beware if you’re ordering with a tight turnaround as it can cause stress!
