Sutton Car Repairs Anmeldelser

Popped in for advice. Friendly helpful staff sorted problem on my car straightaway.
Would highly recommend. Thankyou Sutton car repairs

would highly recommend car with amazing cleaned inside and out and changed all relevant parts that needed changing on inspection of vehicle would highly recommend this garage to anyone this body shop for insurance approved garage

The car was collected on time - the repairs took longer than expected but that was down to Tesla and their parts delivery schedules, however whenever I phoned in to check the status of the repairs, someone always picked up the phone and spoke to me professionally and courteously (something that is becoming rarer today) - in the end the car was delivered at the time they said they would. It was repaired as needed to be and I was happy to be back in my own car. All in all, a relatively positive customer experience

Excellent service from start to finish! The whole repair process was seamless and the quality of the work carried out on my car was excellent.

A special thank you to Fiona, who was extremely helpful throughout the process and always happy to answer any questions I had. Upon collection, they took the time to show me the completed work and made sure I was completely happy with everything before leaving.

I later noticed a very small issue with one of the pieces simply needing to be realigned. I contacted them and they asked me to bring the car back in. A big thank you to Paul, who went out of his way to get it sorted and make sure everything was right 👏👏

Really pleased with both the repair and the service I received. Highly recommend Sutton Car Repairs and the team!

Fantastic customer service. Went in with a flat tyre, in a panic because I needed to drive to Leicestershire to pick up my daughter’s wedding dress that day. Hassan ordered and fitted a new tyre in less than 45 mins, saving the day!

Following a minor bump, my insurers put my car bodywork repair through Sutton Car Repairs, the process was simple, a convenient window was agreed for the car to be with them, and the repair completed to a high standard in the time expected. Overall it is difficult to find anything the workshop could do better.

Car was picked up by Lewis Hamilton, who had no regard for speed or gears going up the road, car returned two and a half weeks later, bearing in mind this was for a replacement drivers side mirror. Mirror does fold in but glass motor is straining to move glass and more disturbing is the fact that my car has been booked in to garage as it was returned to me with the steering faulty. This was not an issue on the vehicle before the visit to Sutton Car Repairs. I have tried to speak to them to address issues but they have been condescending and unhelpful. To be fair I wouldn’t trust them with it at all now. Since I mentioned putting up a review on here a few months ago there have been miraculously good reviews appearing!! Reply - I think the steering issue is due to the car being banged up or down something while in your care, changing a mirror wouldn’t affect the steering so you are correct on that issue.

Sutton Car Repairs are a breath of fresh air – a company that truly delivers great service. Everyone I dealt with was excellent, from the friendly lady in the office to Brian in the workshop.

Brian managed to fit our car in at short notice, and the quality of the work was impeccable. The repair was completed quickly, at a fair price, and I was kept fully updated throughout the process.

Thank you for fixing our car so efficiently – outstanding service all round. Highly recommended!
