Don’t use Survey Pop, I verified the wrong phone number and they won’t let me change it therefore my £4 is locked, you also have to provide ID I just used the picture they showed as an example to bypass this and it worked but it is so unsafe and unsecured and takes forever to cash out.

This is the second time I’ve worked hard to accumulate $9, only for it to be sent to the wrong PayPal account when I try to withdraw it; I’ve sent dozens of emails, but no one is replying.

I've never known an app that wants to give you money. In just under a month I've made £64.24. All paid straight into my PayPal when I've cashed out.
I got £4 for cashing out 10 times. You can withdraw from £4 up.
The only sort of disappointment is you. Can only cash out once a day. No biggie.

Scammers don’t trust them get way do do it!! They stole my $30 never saw never received, I used passkeys and they don’t even respond emails!! Totally a scam!!! They robbers

I was really skeptical about the payments and cash outs but they really work. Where it sucks at is the poor connection or the time outs or actually finishing a survey and not getting paid. I wanted to give a good review because when I started it was great but I think yall have a lot more work to put in.

I was enjoying taking surveys with survey pop but was doing this to earn money to exchange for Amazon gift card then when I tried to cash out I couldn’t get a verification code by text to cash out sent several emails to them now 4weeks later still can cash out this is a scam app don’t waist your time

The first time my partner cashed out there were no problems received her money not long after she cashed it out but have cashed out twice once 20/6 and also 27/6 have received nothing have contacted them twice received email confirming they have got my complaint and will contact me they aim to within 1 working day still waiting since the first failed cash out sent another email with the second failed cash out both occasions after cashing out she received a email confirming she had cashed out and it was being processed! All in what started out as something good has become a total waste of time and it seems a scam let's you have initial cash outs to draw you in then has you doing surveys to receive nothing so best advice we can give is don't bother with starting with them

Total Scam. If I could give 0 stars I certainly would. Cashed out after completing surveys and minimum level. Received nothing. Stay away at all costs. There are real apps with surveys that pay you instantly.

They did not honor there 5$ minimum payout I cashed out 5.04 and they still refused to pay me I contacted support and was told it would be several days till the issue would be resolved but I earned that money and it’s against the law to withhold pay I will also file a complaint with the Illinois attorney general for unfair business practices beware if you want to work for free and help them get rich surveypop is for you sad

I have had a very disappointing experience with SurveyPop.

I completed surveys through the app and requested a payout of £13.84. It has now been approximately two months since the payment was requested, and I still have not received it.

During this time I have contacted support around 12 times by email but have not received a resolution to the issue. The lack of communication has been particularly frustrating, as I have been unable to get a clear explanation or update regarding my payment.

I understand that delays can happen, but after two months and multiple attempts to contact support, I feel let down by the lack of customer service.

I hope this issue can still be resolved, but based on my experience I would advise others to be cautious.

EDIT: they reply to reviews on the App Store telling you to email them but never ever answer completely useless don’t bother and waste time

Scam, they won't verify my phone number because they won't send the code via SMS the ID verification won't work because my passport is blurry. Absolute scam. No way at to contact them to shovel these issies

This website is a scam. I spent time and effort completing surveys and daily poll , cashed out but my money never arrived. They said it would take 1-2 business days but it's been 7 days now and nothing yet. Contacted them but got no response.

It has been a great app for a few months and suddenly it’s stopped paying out. From the comments on here it looks to be quite common I am therefore not expecting a response. It’s a shame it’s worked well but looks like I am joining the many who have given up and opting out. I will tap offer and build up enough and try again but it’s all now looking pretty dodgy.

I just started playing. This app says they pay you for daily poll but they don't. All the surveys are closed after you start. They collect some information and then close the survey. I shall not waste my time on this. I will try one more day then I will stay stick to apps that pay out immediately

I've been trying to cashout for a week it keep telling to do this and that well I did all that crap and tell not got my payout crazy 😧

Still waiting on payment of 8 80 and all I get it take 1 to 2 days and nothing and been over a week for it

Survey pop are scammers they constantly kick you out of surveys or say youre not eligible for multiple surveys they dont always pay you when you e completed surveys either
