I don't usually write reviews, however, felt inclined to following the extremely rude receptionist I spoke with this morning. Absolutely shocking. Required a quote for conservatory blinds, however, will be taking my custom elsewhere.
Customer service training required for the individual who thinks it's ok to speak with potential customers they way she did.

I am sorry to hear that you feel disappointed with our service.
I have taken a look and I can see that you had a video consultation booked to take place on Friday.
When our consultant logged in for the meeting, you did not arrive, he did try to call a couple of times however he was unable to get through.
I understand that you called the following day, my colleague tried to run through your details to ensure there were correct and offered to rebook the appointment however you did not wish to do so.
I hope you can appreciate that we did try and contact you at the time of the appointment and we did also offer to rebook the appointment, I am sorry if you felt that we were rude in anyway, this was not our intention and will be raised internally, however I do understand that the line was breaking up during the call and this may have caused a misunderstanding.

Excellent company. Yes we waited longer due to Corona virus but they kept me updated & understood my worries. The quality of the shutters are excellent & the installation was perfect. Phil kept to all the covid policies that had been put in place and kept every room clean & tidy. Would definitely recommend

Warmly recommended
From the ease of making an appointment for my requirements to be discussed to the beauty of the installed shutters, everything was to my entire satisfaction. There was no hard sales pitch and a seasonal discount was applied at the time I placed my order, rather than being used as encouragement to commit. Delivery was within the timescale given and the fitter paid great attention to detail.

The lady who measured up for new blinds…
The lady who measured up for new blinds was very efficient, and also
very friendly. And her measuring was obviously correct, as the blind fitted perfectly, when the man installed it. He also was very friendly.
