Fantastic Service
Fantastic Service ! Ordered 3 Venetians from Walton Showroom, Consultant was very knowledgeable and friendly, as was the fitter who was quick and tidy.

Purchased 2 blinds (overpriced) for…
Purchased 2 blinds (overpriced) for kitchen and dining room. Kitchen blind keeps coming apart and customer service state that it should do that. The dining room blind has a large bow and again customer service state this this should happen due to the length of the blind.
Very poor. Will be using another company for my next purchase of blinds.

As advised on the phone if you would please kindly send us some images of your concern with the Dining Room blind we will be more than happy to look into this for you. As of yet we have not received any images to able to fully look into this.
With regards to the Kitchen blind, I am sorry to hear that you are dissatisfied with the child safety toggle attached to your venetian blinds, this is however designed to break apart and is a feature and not a fault, that these blinds are required to have by law.
A little further information on how these toggles work can be found by clicking the links below. This will lead you to an instructional video made by one of our senior consultants to help aid our clients in using, understanding and caring for their blinds.

We are a no pressure sales company and no point did we place any pressure on you to proceed had you felt that the blinds were outside of your budget.

Had a very good experience
Had a very good experience, the lady in the shop was really helpful and provided great advice. Although the lead time was a while (like everywhere) it was worth the wait. They look great!

Ordered 3 Venetian blinds
Ordered 3 Venetian blinds. 4 problems
1st problem kitchen blind had to be cut as measurements were incorrect.
2nd problem are the pull cords on both sides of all 3 blinds are to short. So short that they are unusable.
3rd problem there is a scratch/dent on 1 of the slats.
4th problem is the pelmet is not straight.
Currently waiting for these to be rectified.
I have been in discussion with the company and agreed to rectify this but I am left with blinds that I can't even open as the cords are almost double the 1.5 metres they're supposed to be inline with child safety regulations.
Not a happy customer 😡😡😡

Sadly when the fit took place there were a few issues, for which we sincerely apologise.
We have been in discussion with yourself to get these issues resolved and have been keeping you informed.
All Wooden Venetians by law have to have the cords a minimum of 1.5 meters from the ground, we have advised we will be getting in some replacement cord and will see if these can be lengthened inline with the law.
We have also ordered a replacement slat, pelmet and a new blind for the Kitchen, as soon as these arrive into stock we will be in touch to attend to get the issues rectified.
We will continue to keep you updated.

Surrey blinds Farnham
Exemplary service and care.
Consultation was done in a very friendly way, and all aspects of the job were covered very well.
Measurements were made very quickly after consultation with efficiency and the next steps explained.
The blinds were fitted with great care, the functions on the remote were explained.
After I had a problem loading and using the app so I could operate them via WiFi, Phil came to my rescue after he had finished a long days work and loaded and configured the app with ease and explained things and didn't leave until I was fully happy.
Every person involved was terrific, nothing was too much trouble and I was informed by phone at each step. The best customer service and care I have ever received.

Very impressed with the whole team
Very impressed with the whole team. I didn't feel pressured at any stage to commit to the quotation, they were extremely friendly and knowledgeable. Very easy process and local! They even managed to exceed my expectations in delivery and fitting. The fitter was very helpful in showing how everything worked, took his time to make sure the blinds were 100% before leaving. Really impressed and would definitely recommend. Well done Surrey Blinds and Shutters!!!

Great local business - very satisfied customer
Super helpful and friendly staff who sent samples to our home. Speedy measurement and great fitting. The only thing that scored them down from 5 out of 5 stars was that I had to chase for an update for fitting, having not heard anything about an installation date. But as soon as we spoke they were on the case. I’d highly recommend 👍

We needed some conservatory blinds for…
We needed some conservatory blinds for the side windows because the bungalow next door was being replaced by three new townhouses!
I contacted Surrey Blinds and Shutters and explained over the phone what we required and they talked through the options and approximate costs. They sent us some colour swatches, we chose one and then received a full quotation. The following week one of their expert fitters measured up very professionally and about six weeks later the same guy came to fit them.
All their staff were very knowledgeable and friendly and the whole process was efficient and stress free.
I would highly recommend them.
