Ordered 7 days ago, still processing, took my money immediately without any updates as to when I should receive it. Terrible service. Would not recommend purchasing anything from this site. Take your money and never get the product, then have to fight to get a refund. Terrible company.

I ordered from them on 10/20/17 They withdrew from my acct immediately I paid extra for priority mail which was 2-4 business days..Got an email from them stating I would get my product soon as the credit card or debit clears?? They got their money immediately!! no product sent a couple of emails no response kept calling the numbers that's listed for them finally got a guy to answer he said there was an err on their part the item I purchased was out and not come in from the people they get it from will I give him time to talk to a rep and they will get it to me in a couple of days well its the end of the week no email stating its been shipped ... Still waiting on a response of getting my money back!!! Please do not waste your time with these people. They take your money ..no product!! Will be contacting my attorney if I don't receive a full refund back to my bank acct! $145+some change
Terrible
I ordered a product on 10/10 with standard shipping expecting my item to process within 1-2 days and arrive within at least a week based on what they show on their website regarding shipping times for my location. They charged my card within two days and I patiently waited 8 days for an email confirmation saying my item shipped. I decided to finally call them on 10/18 and told them that my item has not shipped yet, they told me they oversold on that product and they should be receiving more soon. The guy on the phone told me I should be receiving my item early the following week (10/23-10/25). It's now 10/31 and I haven't received any update regarding the shipping or what's even going with my order.

Efetuei uma compra no valor de $ 92.70, na SupplementCentral.com em 01/05, enviaram minha compra ao Brasil somente em 09/05 e recebi a compra em 29/05 e para minha surpresa veio faltando um item: Optimum Nutrition Opti-Men 240 tablet . Pois bem em 30/05 enviei e-mail com fotos dos produtos recebidos e explicando não ter recebido um dos itens comprado e me responderam que iriam me enviar o item faltante, porém até agora nada ! Ou seja estou aguardando por um item que paguei !!!

1-) Não houve nenhum item confiscado ou perdido na alfandega pois o pacote chegou sem violações e não foi sequer aberto pela alfandega, ( pacote chegou intacto com todas etiquetas que foram coladas na origem ) pois quando é aberto somos informados disso no próprio pacote ou quando algum item é confiscado ou devolvido somos informados no rastreamento; portanto estas alegações da SupplementCentral.com são mentirosas e absurdas !

Don't waste your time or money
So, I feel the need to write a third and final review about supplementcentral.com. It seems like they believe their customers are quite stupid. I placed an order 11 days ago (Thursday) after calling to make sure the item was in stock because the first time I ordered they didn't bother to inform me that the item was out of stock and would take longer than anticipated. The item I wanted wasn't in stock this time either but I was told they could have the item in 3 days and then they would ship it. I said fine. 4 days later, on Monday, they charged me for the item without shipping it. So I called the next day (Tuesday, day 5) and asked why. I was told that they would be receiving the item in a shipment that day and it would go out later in the day. I said fine. I was frustrated because of the issues with the first order but I was willing to give them another chance. Shortly after that I received an email saying my item had shipped and was given a tracking number. I didn't think too much of it. Friday (day 8) since I hadn't received it yet, I checked the tracking. It was still in pre-shipment. Now, I understand how the USPS works. I worked in an office for 4-5 years and had to ship boxes almost daily. What had most likely happened was this... When the item is ordered a hold is placed on the funds in your bank account for up to 5 days. When the item is shipped the money is deducted from your account. The bank only allows them to hold the money for 5 days. So I called on Friday and let them know I wasn't happy. I was told that they would call their "USPS rep" and find out what was going on. I received an email a few minutes later saying USPS would send them an update within 24 hours. At this point, I already believed they were liars. Like I said, I know how it works. When you "ship" an item you can print the shipping label and get a tracking number for the customer but until you take the item to the post office or hand it to a carrier it will say it is in pre-shipment. Once it is touched by a USPS carrier/rep it is scanned. It says right on the USPS site that the item is still in pre-shipment and that they are awaiting receipt of the item for shipping. I emailed supplementcentral.com on Saturday (day 9) and told them I had found the item elsewhere and wanted them not to ship my order and to give me a refund. They emailed back and told me to refuse the package when it arrived (like my mailman knocks on the door and hands me my mail. No. It's left at the door during the day while I'm gone, so I can't refuse it). I emailed back and asked why they couldn't just not ship it since, on day 9, it still said it was in pre-shipment. I got no reply, and I had emailed back less than 15 minutes after they emailed me. So this morning, Monday (day 11), I emailed them again. Item, of course, still said in pre-shipment. I told them they had until 5pm tomorrow to issue a refund to my bank account or have the item in my hands or I would be contacting my lawyer. At this point it has been a week since they charged me and they still haven't shipped my order. Funny enough, 3 minutes after I sent the email, they emailed back and said that the USPS had returned the box to them and they would issue a refund within 2-3 days. Even though I'm sure they've been lying the whole time, I contacted and talked to two USPS reps. They both confirmed that it is highly unlikely that the item wasn't scanned if it was given to the post office, but even if that did happen it would have been scanned later that day during sorting. They said even IF it hadn't been scanned either of these times it wouldn't just sit in the local post office for 6 days without going anywhere. So at this point, unless supplementcentral.com gets their local post office to contact me and confirm that they messed up at all these separate points, I don't believe a word they say/type. The email confirming my refund was this morning but it's not pending in my bank account yet. If it's not pending by 5pm tomorrow I will continue on Wednesday morning, first thing, to call my lawyer. I'm done waiting and I'm done being lied to. Save your time. Save your money. Save your sanity. Don't order from here.

Never using this website again
After sending e-mail after e-mails, I finally got a respond to why my order was 1 week late after I ordered express shipping. They over sold my pre-workout, and didn't bother to tell me. When they finally responded to me, they did not offer to refund. They did offer however to throw some free shakers, and other free things into to my purchase as an apology. After waiting for one month to receive my package there was only the pre workout, and nothing of what I was promised. If I could give supplement central a worse review I would. Zero stars for customer service, zero stars for delivery time, zero stars for satisfaction.

Was not happy got wrong flavor. Cost more than normal vendor I go through and took 2 weeks to get. Husband order same product through I ll pump you up was cheaper and arrived couple days after he purchased it.
Stay away
Stay away! These people charges my credit card and never delivered my merchandise. When I called them to inquire they said they no longer carried the product. I was told a refund was on the way, as of this date, I haven't received any refunds.

My protein wasn't in stock. It would've been nice to know before they took my cash at check out, or even an email or courtesy call would've been acceptable. I had to call and get the bad news. At this point I don't think waiving shipping charges or expedited shipping would've been unreasonable but I guess the thought didn't cross their mind. I spent $140, and for less than $20 or the cost of a phone call I would likely be a life long customer. Instead, I'm taking my hard earned money to one of the other million supplement companies.
