The engineer came on time, texting us ahead. He was extremely pleasant and very helpful. He explained the process, and the cause of the problem we had. The work was done quickly and very well and he gave advice on maintaining the shower properly. We were very impressed and would definitely recommend the company.

Superior bath repair is an excellent company to do business with.
The workmanship was of the highest quality and all was left very tidy we were so pleased.
We had a man called Alex that did the repair he was very professional and very curious.

The booking was very straightforward. Excellent service from Alex, he arrived on time, explained what he would be doing, and did a fantastic job. Our shower tray looks brand new. He also told us how to look after it. I would thoroughly recommend this company.

I had a chip in my granite worktop and having decided against getting the superglue out myself I contacted these guys. I’m totally blown away by the service. The technician arrived promptly and spent ages working on the area to get the best result possible. I would definitely use them again. They were excellent.

On arrival, technician wanted to make additional charge. After consulting contract, I considered extra charge reasonable. Technician informed me to telephone office. Office telephone is on permanent answer phone, (I had previously tried telephoning them earlier). The technician in the meantime had left. Company then attempted to charge me for contract cancellation!

Professional in terms of:
- Good level of information provided before and after the work was done.
- Contacted me on the day to advise/ confirm ETA.
- Work looks very good so far.

I am SO impressed by the service provided by Superior Bath Repair. The technician arrived promptly and spent many hours quietly getting on with resurfacing my cast iron bath and also my bathroom sink. They both now look fantastic. Such a great job.

I initially went with a cheaper quote for my bath repair and the technician did a very bad job. I went back to this to superior bath repair to do the job properly. Amazing job and dedication to the result. I had an impossible task. Repairing a corian firetable that was cracked on all 4 edges after 10 years outside. The result was a brand new fire table. Results exceeds my expectations. Ilia went above and beyond.

It’s always a rush using an unknown company but they were brilliant with a fast affordable quote & helpful arranging a suitable visit time. The best part though was Llia the technician. He was professional, courteous and did an amazing repair which was superb.

Polite and efficient. Kept me informed of arrival time as I’d requested. Did an excellent job repairing the cracked sink. A lot less hassle than replacing the sink.

Alex arrived at 10am on Monday and was finished by just after 3pm. Our bath was resurfaced to look like new again.

You have to wait 24 hours before using the shower, which is understandable .

Ilia (technician) and Elene (in the office) were very good at communications. Ilia arrvied on time and did a great job - we were very pleased. I wish a few more British companies could take a leaf from their books re professionalism.
