Ho conosciuto questo negozio per caso su Instagram, guardando la pagina dedicata ho notato che avevano le scarpe da cerimonia che stavo cercando, ma non trovavo, così sono partito da Ravenna e ho raggiunto Milano, fortuna ha voluto che il modello di scarpa che cercavo fosse presente in negozio del mio numero.
Acquistate senza esitare, Riccardo mi ha servito con pazienza, esaudendo ogni mia richiesta con professionalità e gentilezza.

Poor customer service
Poor customer service. I ordered 3 pairs of shoes for my wedding, and called before purchasing to confirm the sizing. I was explicitly told to size up. The shoes arrived and didn’t fit!
I called to have them returned and was told the cost of return is solely on the customer. Cost me $460 to return the shoes. Least they could do was provide a return label for shoes that they advised wrongly on. Oh and my $1850 is yet to be be refunded (now $1390). What a waste of money and time!
Order from this site at your peril. You are better off shopping with more credible and professional businesses.

We at Superglamourous, before being shoe sellers, are customers ourselves and we perfectly know how depressing it is not to get the answers you want to receive when it comes to returning a product.
Suggestions asked of our Customer Service are to be considered “suggestions” and our willingness to replace the size you selected with another one to your liking is maximal.
Unfortunately, we do not offer free returns to anyone for a cash refund and return conditions are stated online. This is because original international shipping is always complimentary and customs duties are always paid. Occasionally we do offer free returns in case of size changes... I suggest you think about it!
As I said, even though this review of yours is out of frustration and does not offer a truly objective view of our services, we still thank you because it will undoubtedly help us improve the communication of our suggestions to customers.

The second pair of loafers I’ve ordered from Superglamourous and even though I was sent the incorrect pair they still get a 5 star rating from me due to how quickly my issue was sorted by Andrea who was very apologetic and assited me very well in sorting my return.
The quality of the shoes are amazing and I’d recommend this boutique to anyone looking for a high end and stylish shoe
