Gutted! I thought I would give this company a go as they had some really good deals on. I wish I had read the reviews first though, I just had a feeling something was going to go wrong and it has.”stick with what you know people” why I didn’t stick with flat spot, rollersnakes or route one I don’t know? I have never had an issue with them and they use exactly the same courier DPD. I paid for next day delivery which I didn’t receive so contacted them and they did answer me and refund my delivery which I appreciate but, I still haven’t received my order which I needed as I am going away on holiday and DPD are still saying they haven’t received my parcel. Why out of all the retailers have you been the only ones to have an issue with DPD? I highly suspect that you haven’t handed the order over to DPD as of today it’s still saying they’re yet to receive it. I have now paid for something that I am not going to get in time for holiday. I am gutted and I won’t be using you guys again. I just had a real gut feeling you wouldn’t come through and you haven’t. I also don’t appreciate being lied to and being told that the parcel had definitely been sent but when I contacted DPD they absolutely insisted they had still not received the parcel and as I have explained before you’re the only company this has happened with. I have read other reviews and it seems to be a common theme with supereight. Lesson learnt and I will stick with skate stores that can get the job done ☑️

I have to say, we were super disappointed when we saw this review. We work so hard to make sure all orders are dispatched on time and that our customer service is better than our competitors. We believe that is more than reflected in our reviews, so when we get a bad one, we genuinely care.
I looked into your issue further and wanted to add some detail, as the claims made in this review are not entirely accurate.
While there was definitely an issue with this shipment, this was entirely a DPD issue, and so I wanted to clarify that, as this review suggests the issue was with us, not shipping the order.
The order processing timeline was as follows:
- Order placed Sunday, May 17th @ 9:42 am with DPD next-day shipping.
- Order picked and packed Monday 18th May @ 9:45 am
- Order collected from us on Monday, 18th May @ 4 pm
- Order scanned into local sorting hub Monday 18th @ 5:52 pm
- Order has received no scans since. Usually, customer-side tracking picks up at that next step, which is when it is scanned to a regional hub. This should have happened around 9 pm on the 18th.
- 19th May, we refunded the amount paid for next-day shipping and opened an investigation with the courier.
- 21st May, the courier (DPD) advised they lost the parcel and a full refund was issued to the customer.
I would like to also point out here that no courier is perfect. There is a perception that some are terrible (eg, Evri) and some are perfect (eg, DPD). However, in the last 11 years serving our customers, we have used Royal Mail, Evri, Yodel, DHL, DPD, UPS, Fedex, Whistl, and I can honestly say that after shipping hundreds of thousands of parcels to the UK and the rest of the world, no courier is perfect and that they all experience issues at some point.
While we cannot control what people write about us on the internet, I hope this reply helps illustrate that we take customer satisfaction really seriously. As a small skater-owned company, our reputation is make or break for us.

Can’t go wrong with Supereight
From start to finish, my first time ordering from Supereight was a great experience. I required some help prior to purchasing, so I reached out via their website’s contact form and received a swift and helpful response (shoutout to Dave, thank you! 🌟). I was then able to place my order, which was dispatched and delivered quicker than expected.
Their range of skate shoes is what led me to order with them instead of their competitors, but I was also impressed with their clothing too. There is a good range of apparel that doesn’t feel oversaturated in choice.
Supereight is very competitively priced and, being a small independent UK business, it’s a no-brainer really!
