Very easy to use website, jacket is really good, but could do with an inside pocket plus the zip is getting stuck!!! This is the second jacket I have brought and the zip gets stuck a lot - this problem needs sorting!!! Or I won’t be buying another item !!! Harsh words I know but needs must !!!

Bought a coat for £110. Bit pricy but it’s absolutely worth it. It fits well. Light weight and zip pockets for phone and internal pocket.

I never received my parcel and Superdry haven’t answered me 🤷‍♀️

I have had a full refund from Superdry. Unfortunately it was lost in transit and EVRI are to blame.

I placed my order on 14th Jan. And I still haven't received my order 26th Jan.
I have contacted Superdry several times with their portal and have not had any reply.
It is impossible to speak to someone in customer service and complain.
I'd like my money back. I have also rated Evri as they haven't delivered.
I've paid in full.

Easy to order, quick delivery, good quality.

I bought a Superdry Parker, and it was lovely. The Parker was very smart and I had it on a great price. At 5.8 I’m not very tall, but the Parker, fitted great on the chest and shoulders, nice and snug as I like my clothes. Unfortunately the length of the Parker was far too long, which was a shame. Superdry should understand that not everyone is over 6 feet tall, and should accommodate for people like myself who aren’t very tall. Maybe have different sizes on the length of the Parker, so everyone can have a choice.👍

I liked what I ordered although it came very creased.

Very good online experience, quick delivery.Excellent coat but you must go up a size in slim fit, which I did as I had to return what would be my normal size. Refunded promptly. Re odered next size and received it very quickly. Fits perfectly.

Would have like more cotton t shirts., which are known to be healthier. Also the returns options are not great, royal mail is used by most retailers, why not here.
