I ordered the grey Cotton Herringbone Overshirt online. Excellent value at £24. Unfortunately the fit was to small.
I returned it to the Watford store where I received a great friendly and professional service with the staff processing the return and placing the order for a larger size.
Quality from Superdry amazing as usual and will be buying again

The quality of the Everest puffer jacket is great. Its warm, great texture, a solid colour and not bulky. Ordered superdry first time for my younger son. M size was just fit, time was tight, so decided to take the one ordered online to Watford and they processed the return and let me buy a L size from the shelf. Quick and easy.

Service was excellent!! Needed to return a jacket that had a fault with one of its arms. The whole process was handled with minimal fuss, under the stores 1 year warranty. A new jacket was ordered up for me and delivered to my home address within days. Thank you

Purchased some t shirts for my son online they arrived promptly, good quality cotton but one was not quite what he wanted so raised a return online and returned to store. No fuss returns , very efficient and he's happy with the lovely t shirt he kept.

Went to exchange a coat I bought on Black Friday as it had a hole in it , had to be ordered as it wasn’t in stock in store , got told 3 days later it’s out of stock and refunded , it was a preset so I checked online and it was available at full price , went back to the store and they could not order it on their app , but I could from my phone , so I had to pay full price for it and 3.99 delivery to my home , then I had to go back to the store a 3rd time to get my 20% back as it was the original price I paid , very confusing and really bad customer service , if an item is available online the it should be available on the store and customer app ,
