I Have Order some Jacket in 2 years ago and I Like This Jacket.

Online and instore staff are great
Jacket came up a bit big. Staff in different branches found the right size and put one by for me. Couldn't ask for more

I USED to purchase from SuperDry all the time when I was younger. Then I moved away due to the big branded style, wasn’t for me. I prefer the more subtle branding. However, I still purchase my coats from SD due to the quality and price is unmatched for me.
I went into the Southampton branch a few weeks back, after years of just “walking passed” and was genuinely greeted with a shock, completely rebranded their style and look. Much cleaner, much more quality based and “classed” up in my opinion.
Only went in to look for holiday tshirts and ended up liking half the shop haha.
Ended up going home to Klarna an order.
Slim Fuji coat, essentials half zip & two shirts. Ended up getting a discount code and saving loads!

I will 100% be back to shopping in SuperDry going forward!!

(Only gripe, wish the t shirt sleeves were more fitted. I’m not a XL but I’m but a slim torso frame, and the arms are quite baggy compared to the shirts)

Fantastic Service – Above and Beyond!
I bought the wrong size shorts but unfortunately went past the return policy period. I explained to the staff that I live on the Isle of Wight and couldn’t get back to the store in time. Despite this, they were very understanding and kindly allowed me to exchange them. Brilliant customer service – really appreciated the flexibility and helpfulness. Thank you!
