Customer service is a must in any business, especially in today's market. I could not phone anyone regarding my purchase which was directed back to the delivery office. I went into store to buy my purchase thinking it would come to the store for me to collect.I work full time in the NHS a key worker and I was so upset that I could not have a coat that I wanted because I commute to work.

The assistant who served me climbed up to the shelf above the shop floor to see if the garment on the mannequin was a size small. It was so i bought it.

Lovely shop, lovely clothes. The person who served us was knowledgable about the brand and the sizing and gave some really helpful advice enabling me to purchase the correct size. I’ve never shopped at SuperDry before but will do again following this experience and my original recommendation from a friend

I was looking for a light jacket to travel in and found this jacket at super dry. The colour I wanted was out of stock in the store so they ordered one gave me free delivery and sent it to my home. This is the customer service I like the staff member was very helpful. The jacket is idea for the summer not too much fleece in the inside.

Great staff. Suggested the special offer which I had missed and helped with choice of t-shirts.

The whole experience from walking into the store in Touchwood, finding the item I wanted to the staff arranging my order was a simple and pleasant one.

Print on the tshirt done to a high standard.

Most of the item was not fit to me sizing was not good so I collect parcel and try there and wanted to return at same time but he ask so many questions on till even i collect 10 min before from same shop and then he did so long to doing return he needs to call manager
