We visited the store at the Rushden Lakes with our granddaughter to buy a coat. She couldn't find the one she had seen on line but Oliver a super helpful assistant found the right one in the right size for her and she came away a very happy girl. Very good polite old fashioned service. Well done.

Went to superdry Rushden lakes the absolutely amazing assistant manager Petrina helped us find the right coat for our daughter. Our daughter was having a rough day and she was so kind and said the right words that made my daughter smile and come out of the shop happy and smiling. Petrina went above and beyond today not only was it great service but she helped our daughter smile again and I can't thank her enough for that.

Came into Superdry with my wife, who honestly didn’t like a single thing when we first walked in… but thanks to Petrina’s AMAZING help, we ended up leaving with half the shop! 😂

Great customer service

I'd bought a jumper to big lost the receipt. And I needed to change it for a smaller one. the guy who served me asked a few questions then I changed it I was happy with the response I got from the staff

We were looking for a coat for my daughter, we was approached by a lovely member of staff called Petrina. Petrina gave us lots of options and was especially patient with our picky teen.

One of the best SUPERDRY store I've been in. People working there makes you feel welcome with no pressure to buy. Especially Petrina was patient and helped a lot. She approached with smile and advice. I will definitely buy at this store more often. Thank you

Matt and Doug in the Rushden Lakes store were absolutely spot on. Excellent customer service! I couldn’t fault them!

Both members of the team (one assisted with changing room, one served at the counter) had great customer service and were very helpful. I gave my email for the receipt and so from that the server knew my first name and gave a pleasant ‘have a nice day’ remark using my name as I left. Made the shop pleasantly personal.

I went into Superdry Rushden lakes to check a gift voucher I'd received November 2024 for my 40th, and to check the balance, the manager at the till tried a few times but nothing came up on the tills and advised this usually meant the gift voucher had experied. Initially disappointed Katrina the deputy manager took it up herself to call customer services, which were closed, that wasn't helpful for anyone. Katrina took the gift voucher details, my name and number and said she would call Customer Service again and once she had an update would contact me.

The following day, Katrina called to advise, the gift card had actually been purchased in 2022, I was shocked and thinking ah well that's that then I've lost out on £60, no no, Katrina went above and beyond and transferred the £60 onto a new gift card.

Thrilled and overwhelmed at the kindness and genuine care shown. Restoring faith that there are people that still genuinely care about their customers 😊 I can't thank you enough , you truly are awesome and passionate about your job and servicing your customers.

Ladies at the Rushden lakes really pleasant and helpful
