I received standard service in the store and I can't say that I was very satisfied at first, but when I went to the cashier to pay, there was a very nice and helpful young man there and my opinion changed completely, I thank him very much.

I was mislead to give my email in the cashier, supposed for receipt. Then given a print receipt. Asked what was the email for if she was printing- said it was company’s policy. I said I didn’t want any marketing when asked. Now I’m getting emails - not correct.

Shop was confusing
Shop was confusing, I felt like I had to walk around 10 times to find what I wanted. The sales assistant was like a brick wall and only grunted when she needed to. I wear headphones when I'm out but I always take them off when I'm interacting with staff so I don't come across as rude, I might as well have left them on.
