You need to sort the sizes out
You need to sort the sizes out, this has been a issue for years, pick up one t-shirt 2xl and it’s tight, pick up another and it’s too baggy, this applies to most of the stock!! For a major corporate brand it’s pretty poor!!

Tidy store and friendly staff
Store was tidy and I was asked if I needed help with sizes by staff member. Items I bought are great quality and material is thick and soft.

Sadly my new coat was filthy
Sadly my new coat was filthy. I did not see it at the time but its covered in dirt on both sleeves . V disappointed as it was a super coat. I left the uk rhe next day and so havnt been able to return.

The Staff Member who works at SuperDry at the outlet Swindon is lovely & always makes shopping & the check out nice for us & our two boys - who are 11 & 8 and like the clothes.

Cashier helped me to get discount for…
Cashier helped me to get discount for the product which was available cheaper than the outlet price. She discussed with the manager and matched the outlet price with the online price.

Coat
Purchased product as a christmas for gift for daughter.
As far as I can see the.product is as she asked for. Easy to order online and quick delivery.
Only issue I have is sizes online are size 6,8,10 & so on, they then don't give the equivalent Xsmall,small,medium. I ordered what I thought would be small but is labelled as Xsmall.
