Great service. Had to return shoes as they were to small, but they ordered a bigger size with no quibble, which arrived really quickly.

Easy ordering and fast delivery
Easy ordering and fast delivery. I chose the click and collect option and on collection the staff were very efficient and friendly. The tee shirt I ordered was for a gift so cannot comment on the quality as yet.

Happy with purchase
Member of staff in store was able to order the item I wanted, which arrived 3 days later and it was easy for me to collect.

The cardigan was amazing
The cardigan was amazing. But when i went to wrap it as a eid gift i noticed it had the electronic tag on it. As i received it the day before eid i could not even give it as a gift. Which meant i had to take it to the store, not close to me, paid for parking just to get the tag removed. Then when i went to the store they said they cannot remove it as they do not have the right tag remover. I insisted the assistant at the shop that i required it as an eid gift. He then went around other shops to see who could remove it. That was a disappointment, which they also said that had never happened before.

The coat come like it was worn and when I took it back to the store to return the manager was rude as hell! She literally was the rudest person I’ve ever dealt with I ain’t ever experienced something like that before. Especially with the condition the coat came in!
