Went in to buy a new hoody, great selection of products, staff really friendly and helpful in assisting with finding what I wanted and very knowledgeable about the products.

Rachel at the Leicester store is a legend. She really cares about customers getting the clothes they want. Just as an example, she remembered me when I went to take some trousers back that I bought online today and asked which shirt I ended up buying when she helped me three months ago.

It’s great that I can take clothes back to the store if I order online and they don’t fit.

Superdry is my favourite place to buy clothes.

Lovely coat!
Great website with lots of information about the products - loved the colour and fit of this coat. It is long but that is what I wanted - beautiful rich chocolate brown colour.

Decided to return the one that was my least favourite to store in Leicester and service was very quick and very helpful.

Jacket arrived on time. In a few days I noticed a defect which was probably missed by quality control. I took it to a Leicester Highcross store, The staff was polite, courteous and without any quibble, a refund or exchange was offered. The exchange arrived in two days. Excellent product backed by excellent service.

Bought a jacket online, delivery was fast and it was well packed. Unfortunately it was too big so I went to the store to return. Cashier was super friendly and the process took less than a minute. Wish I have taken her name but well done team from Highcross!

Superb customer service from the lady in the shop in the Highcross Leicester, great help and very competent, great to have service like that! 10 out of 10 for her. Just sorry I didn’t get her name :(….. definitely will be shopping there again :)

Great service really please with shop assistant who helped us exchange a damaged coat on good faith as I could not find the receipt

Also the Floor walker was really helpful with finding and choosing is a suitable replacement for my 10yr old daughter which is by no means an easy task

Great range of clothing to choose from, always good quality. I just wish they did bigger sizes, because I go to the gym sometimes i struggle to get my arms in tops, but apart from that great
