She searched the store, then searched only to find the Jacket that I wanted to buy as a Christmas present.
She ordered ad it came as she had said it would.

Great customer Service. Great collection and Store has great shopping Vibe.

Delivery good, hoody well made. Unfortunately it came up small & next size up unavailable. It would be good if they stocked more in the larger sizes as they seem popular sizes.

Shop was nice, foumd most of what i wanted, staff were friendly.

I bought a M shirt online in the sale for £34.99 with a gift voucher. It was a size too small. Went through the returns options on the website and decided to take to local store myself and exchange. No L in stock.I assumed the easy option would be to have a L sent to the store which I would not mind me picking up another day. But oh no. As the sale had ended and it was an online purchase item i had to log onto my Super dry account at the stores counter and purchase the L shirt at full price (49.99) which would then be delivered to my home address, which according to the staff present will take about 3 days. Then I am told I will be getting my £34.99 (originally paid) back as a gift card. I did not want another gift card nor did I want to spend a further £49.99 on a shirt I'd already payed for (£34.99, in the sale). I just wanted to exchange the shirt for a different size. ....That was Saturday, a week ago. I'm still waiting for shirt and still waiting for gift card. Feeling let down, disappointed and robbed😞 Goodbye Superdry.

I needed a specific coat for my granddaughter’s present and could not find it online. Staff in the store went above and beyond to help me locate a coat.
They were very kind and patient and eventually successful .

Lovely jacket, nice material, very flattering and stylish, my husband went down a size to Small and it fits well.
