Pleased with the 20% off. I was very impressed with the service in the shop and after. They didn’t have the size we wanted so they ordered it for us(a very slick process) and it arrived a couple of days later. The communication was great. A very good experience! Well done!

Order was ready to collect almost as soon as I had placed it and the service I received in the shop on collection was excellent - efficient and very polite and friendly.

Over 100% help
The shop assistants went out of the way to order the coat we wanted and even kept another colour so we could compare both colours as soon as the other one arrived.

I returned items that I bought online…
I returned items that I bought online to my local store but the return didn’t go through on the till and I did not get email confirmation. The staff were helpful and contacted customer service to sort out the issue
